Swimming Pool Remodeling
Left the color in the hot tube not mixed so you can see spots. Left the drain covers not screwed down. Broke my door handle on my porch, hasn?t answered phone calls and I went to their office which is not really there office. Small sign in window. Would have loved to have a veteran make money on me but not leave me stuff to do like replace my flow sensor when I had Joe swap it over to salt water. Not a good idea to use this company. Poor customer service.

We paid a professional to repair your screen door, provided all of the warranty info for the salt system, and even replaced your spa LED light that we did not damage. Concrete Pool Installation
After interviewing many contractors, I chose PHP for my installation and maintenance. I have been very pleased with the workmanship and ongoing customer service I am receiving. Reasonably priced, very responsive and Chad took the time to explain every step in the process. PHP is also a women-friendly business,not like some of the others that look to take advantage. I highly recommend Chad and PHP for all your pool needs.

Owner was very pleasant and was a big help on discoloration of pool. Workers were quick and after we noticed some more spots after the water was put back in the pool, they came back to test the water and put the right chemicals in to clear it up. Very satisfied at the end. The pool water was so much clearer and more blue than green. I recommend them.

Thoroughly went over the pool system with me, discussed pool wall discoloration and chemical levels. Gave me the info I needed to better care for my pool. Felt confident they knew what they were doing and were proffesional. Their repair guy, Kenny, is an excellent resource - he knows pools & knows what he is doing. If something breaks and I can't fix it, I know who I'm calling.

Chad (the owner) and his staff are professional and reliable. They have been maintaining our pool since we moved to Jacksonville Beach 2 years ago. Excellent and thorough.. Our pool always sparkles! He also recently installed a new variable speed pool pump to replace the old one that died. The new pump is using 60% less electricity than the old one. I highly recommend Chad and Purple Heart Pools!
