"Mr. Blankenship is a master craftsman with drywall patches, repair, and recoating of walls. I had previously hired another contractor though Angie's list who left my bathroom walls in horrid condition. <em><strong>When Mr. Blankenship left my home today, the walls are as smooth as glass and ready to be primed/painted (after wiping off dust from his sanding)</strong>. </em>Clean up was wonderful; I will only need to spend about 1 hour, cleaning bathroom sink, and wiping dust from baseboards. "The project went great just like our first one did with All Phase (finishing our basement). They remodeled our loft area into an art room/homework area for our 3 little kids. It is always such a pleasure working with Kathy, Dave, and their team. They stayed on schedule, updated us when people would be onsite, and kept us informed with regards to any changes that needed to be made. Their experience and knowledge truly showed during this remodel. Everyone that was involved on this project were trustworthy, reliable, personable and just overall really great to work with. We ran into one issue installing our built ins due to the way our wall was built/angled but Dave and his team seamlessly worked through the unexpected problem our house presented and was able to finish on time while exceeding our expectations. We will definitely be hiring them again for any future needs!

"After our neighbors had such a great experience finishing their basement with this company, we decided to use them as well. They had guys out every day for a week to get it finished. The quality is amazing and the guys and especially the owner are friendly and super professional. After everything was hung, mudded and sanded, the owner had one of his guys come out on a Saturday to fix any spots that needed touched up. Since he knew we were anxious to paint, he spent his own Saturday morning helping get it done. I cannot recommend them enough.

"Scott is easy to work with, his crew puntual, professional and the painting performed excellent. Here is what stands out. - They were very careful around planted garden beds. -They covered areas ( ie Ipe deck) that needed protection - Most importantly Scott is honest and stands behind his work. There was a miscommunication on the color chosen for part of the house. Scott sent his crew back to our house to repaint at no cost. Now that is outstanding service that deserves an A++ rating!
