What do I donate and who will take the stuff? what do I trash where does the used oil go? an old refrigerator, electronic products. they all have to be disposed of properly these days. he knows where to take it all and his crew will pack up your cherished items carefully and respectfully. They are flexible and make a very difficult job much easier on you and do it all in a few days it's one stop shopping I couldn't believe it. it's steri-clean of Northern Indiana but I lived in Greenwood and so don't be misled by northern Indiana they can probably help you out everything was professionally done the cleaning the packing the moving Etc. - Steri-Clean Indiana, Inc.I'm the Executive Director of The PourHouse, a homeless outreach and advocacy nonprofit in Indianapolis. We have an elderly client who called last week in a panic because he was going to have an inspection. He has been housed for a couple of years now and has some pretty significant health issues but calls to check in around 4-5 times a week. We stopped by his apartment and it was nearly uninhabitable. He had not been able to maintain it and it was overrun with pests, unwashed laundry and his furniture was very soiled. Due to the biohazard nature of the conditions, we tried to access community funding to have Steri-clean of Northern Indiana clean the unit. We have used them in the past and they do incredible work while treating the clients with great dignity. They went out to the apartment and provided us with an estimate. Unfortunately, the community funding was denied and so it was left up to us to do the job. This morning, we arrived at the apartment to clean and were greeted by 2 pickup trucks. Chris Tobias and Mike Tobias, partners of Steri-clean of Northern Indiana, were at the apartment with appropriate cleaners, equipment and protective gear. They were there to tackle the job with us. FOR FREE. WOW!! Chris said, "Everyone deserves a safe and clean place to live". They were concerned about us doing the job as civilians with a few rags and a bottle of bleach cleaner. haha! They jumped into the fray and 5 hours later, our friend's home smelled fresh and his carpets were clean...the entire place disinfected and ready for new furnishings tomorrow. THAT, my friends, is a company that gives back to their community. They had nothing to gain but the satisfaction of helping our friend get his home back. We are SO thankful and so impressed with Steri-clean!! What amazing people and what an incredible community philosophy. You have a fan - and customer - for life in us
- Newnam Restoration Servicescalled Newnam to help with restoration of damage caused my attic by raccoons. Jeff came out promptly and explained the process in detail. He inspected the attic and provided me with a ballpark estimate on the spot. The official written estimate came shortly thereafter and was very detailed, clearly laid out, and in line with the original ballpark estimate. He handled negotiations with my insurance company's adjuster and was able to complete the job within the amount allowed by the insurance company. The crew who completed the work were friendly and efficient. I'm satisfied with the work and feel confident that it was done correctly. If you are particular about your home and having things done correctly with great communication, I would highly recommend this company
- Newnam Restoration ServicesFrom start to finish, Jeff Newnam and Newnam Restoration Services were exemplary! In early fall 2019, I noticed a couple of raccoon holes in vinyl soffits along my upper roof lines. (The first trapper only succeeded in trapping the neighborhood cat!) By January 2020, the two holes were larger and new ones appeared as well. So I engaged a new licensed wildlife trapper who was wonderful and he quickly trapped and removed several raccoons. He then recommended that I have the holes repaired sooner than later. I asked if he could suggest any contractors and the next day Jeff with Newnam Restoration contacted me directly. Jeff set an appointment to make an initial inspection for raccoon damage in my attic. (As a side note, Newnam's website is a great educational resource for learning about all the aspects of raccoon infestation and damage beyond expense which can be significant in itself.) It is so refreshing and rare these days to find a home contractor like Newnam who is committed to high quality and expertise, honesty and excellent business practices such as communication, punctuality and credibility. Also, I was so impressed with the little things--Jeff showed up on time for the attic inspection, was neatly dressed in his company uniform (first impression does matter), and after the inspection he immediately outlined the various options for resolving the attic (my home's interior) issues. Plus, he had excellent suggestions for the most effective approach and method of repairing the exterior damage. I really appreciated his extra attention to cost considerations in the options since my homeowner's insurance policy does not cover wildlife damage and thus all costs come out of my own pocket. And he had some recommendations for the exterior repairs as well. I could not be happier with Newnam -- outstanding! Thank you Jeff
- Newnam Restoration ServicesIt went very, very well. Newnam Restoration Services was referred to us by Kirk Neuner of Admiral Wildlife Services LLC, who attempted to trap the raccoon(s). The animals had already left, but they left behind feces and damage in the space between the attic ceiling and the roof. Jeff Newnam was on top of the task at each stage of the restoration process, from the initial assessment to the final inspection. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate, as was each worker who came to our home, including Carlos. Jeff worked hard to give us excellent results at a very reasonable cost. And as a final touch, he even let us borrow an ozone machine for several days after the remediation was complete. We are more than happy to give Newnam Restoration Services the highest ratings

"I called them immediately after I became aware of the leak in my basement. 45 minutes after my initial call, someone was at my door to inspect and give me an estimate for repairs. Two hours later, they had already extracted the water, removed the padding, baseboards, and tacking strips, placed fans, and finished everything that needed to be done at that time. Two days later, they finished putting everything back in its proper order, removed the fans, and cleaned up after themselves. They charged a fair price, were impressively responsive, and completed the work to my satisfaction in record time. I hope that I do not need emergency services again in the foreseeable future, but I would absolutely hire them again.

"I contacted Critter Removal LLC because raccoons got in my attic again. I had this issue once before and the company I called out, used a sonar and said they got the raccoons out and cleaned up. However, after realizing they got back in, I decided to contact a different company, Critter Removal LLC. It turns out, sonars really don't do much to get rid of the racoons and the prior company didn't put anything up to keep them from getting back in. Critter Removal did. They emailed me before each visit to let me know what time the person would be there and he was always on time. I also get a warranty for a few months for the work. Dillon was who they sent and he was prompt, courteous and took time to explain things to me, even things I wasn't sure I needed to ask. Based just off that initial experience, I would hire them again.

"Seth showed up and listened to my concern, checked the carpet and whole basement. Assured me that I did not have an issue and told me what to look for in future and gave me some advice on cleaning carpet, dehumidifier etc.. "They were very professional. They had great subcontractors doing the work and they went above and beyond what we expected (I've heard horror stories about subcontractors). The reason for the 'B' grade is the communication at Moore is not great. There were things that the subcontractors told us that a rep from Moore should have. The flooring manager was the only person who really communicated with us on a regular basis.
