The guys showed up on time and completed the work satisfactorily. Because it was a small job, we shopped for comparison. Where the big box stores required a flat minimum, this company was competitive by comparison.

They were excellent. They did a very professional job.

We were very happy with their service. They were fast, and the price was good.

Aaron showed us some carpet in the shop and gave good advice on various carpet types. We arranged for him to come to the house to measure up and quote us a price. Unlike the big home improvement stores the estimate was free. The two installers came on time and did an excellent job. We had already removed the old carpet ourselves so that I could remedy some squeeks in the floor before the new carpet was laid. Removing the carpet and disposing of it ourselves saved about $150. Altogether it took about 4 hours for the install. The price was good. We had a previous quote for a similar carpet for about $400 more.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I made my selections. I had purchased my kitchen flooring from someone else, but after speaking to Aaron, changed my mind and purchased all new and different from him and returned the other flooring.

We had a great experience with Carpet Man. Aaron is very easy to work with and was patient as we weighed our options between hardwood and carpet. The install went smoothly and everything looks great!

The owner, Aaron, came out personally to show us carpet samples and give us an estimate. Although he was late to our appointment, he phoned to let us know of the delay. He was very courteous, helpful, and thorough in providing information and answering our questions both when he was with us in person and when answering follow-up e-mails and phone calls. I recommend that customers visit his show room rather than or in addition to looking at samples at home because what he showed us was limited. It turned out that the carpet we ultimately chose was in his car and we only saw it accidentally when we walked with him out to his car at the end of his visit. (We don't know why he did not include it and perhaps others among the samples he brought into the house!) After comparing his price and carpet information with other estimates and companies, we chose to hire this provider. Although the installation was performed well, we were less impressed with the installer. He was not friendly or communicative and left a mess behind him. Maybe no carpet providers vacuum after themselves but we were surprised to be left with such a massive vacuuming job--including the hard floors where there were scraps. (The vacuuming jammed our vacuum cleaner and required several changes of vacuum cleaner bags as well as a lot of time to get done--and our house is a very small, 3-bedroom bungalow!) Also, Aaron had said that the installer would trim any doors that needed it, but the installer only removed them but would not trim them. We were left with doors off and trimming still to be arranged. The reason we give this provider an A for quality and price is that, when informed of our distress about this unsatisfactory situation, he arranged for another worker to come the following week and do the trimming at a discounted price. We give him a C for professionalism because of the unsatisfactory situation with the installer, with whom he is responsible for contracting.

I am so pleased with Mr. Carpet Man's professionalism, pricing, and overall service. The carpet installers were on time, polite and did not leave any debris behind. We are getting LVT installed in our kitchen next. I am absolutely elated with this company.

The owner of The Carpet Man, Aaron, is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We chose to use a carpet brand that The Carpet Man does not carry so we have no direct experience with the installation process. However, the firm's reviews on Angie's List are excellent which is the reason we contacted Aaron. We will consider his services for any future flooring needs.

It went really well. They got there around 11:00PM and left at 5:00 PM. Came back at 11:00 am and left at5:30pm. Bobby was very friendly. His son worked with him. Is name was Bobby too. They did a really good job. They took everything up on the first day and finished everything the next day. I'm going to use The Carpet Man to do my kitchen floor and back splash. I was happy with them.

Carpet was bought and installed per purchase agreement. No problems. With installation. Dealer even upgrade the pad a minimum cost to me.

This was actually the most recent time we used The Carpet Man services. He has now laid carpet for us in the upstairs bonus room, living room, dining room, upstairs hallway and two staircases. He is very helpful in identifying most cost effective carpet for what we need. He comes out at times convenient to our schedules to measure and has been able to meet short deadline wants. The quality of the carpet has been wonderful and we will be using him again, in hopefully the near future.

I like to support my local business, and The Carpet Man happened to be less than two miles from my house. We are very happy with our carpet. We have a dog so we wanted something with good stain resistance . We also wanted something that would provide a comfy cushion feeling, we were having to wear shoes in the house because it barely felt like anything between your feet and the concrete slab. We went with a PET product. Mohwak Responsible Living, the color is 531-Serengeti. We also bought the Mohwak Smart Cushion it extended the warranty a bit and it has an intergraded memory foam. Working with Aaron, who owns the Carpet Man, was a great experience from start to finish. I stopped by one day to get some samples and get some questions answered. Aaron was very knowledgable and patient. He was the only retailer I had been to that did not just point me to what he thought I should buy but listened and asked questions to point me to the products that would meet my needs and wants. He sent me home with some samples. I came back again to try some different samples. We had gotten estimate from two other companies and chose The Carpet Man. The Carpet Man had the best costumer service. He followed up with phone calls and emails after he sent the estimate and during/after the carpet installation. The price was comparable to the other companies. The installers he used were great. They got right to work and did a great job. They removed the old carpet and padding and using a shop vac cleaned the concrete slab. I have a very good vacuum so I went along the edges and vacuumed (there was 20 years of dirt etc. under the old carpet so I wanted to make double sure it was vacuumed up before they laid my new carpet). They explained any problems or things they need to fix (some of the old carpet strips needed to be replaced). The carpet layers also do tile work so I even had them do a small tile job I had. They gave me an estimate and called me back when they had some free time to fit the job in (it was a very little job so they fit it in between jobs). I would definitely recommend using the The Carpet Man for your flooring needs;carpet, tile, wood floors, laminate etc. oh

They gave me differentchoice prices for the carpet. The stallers came when they said and no problems at all with installing the carpet.

Visited showroom on two occasions to compare prices. Owner was available and responsive to questions. There was very little wait to receive estimate and have carpeting laid in bonus room. Carpet looks great!

The installers were very meticulous and when the job was finished it was beautiful.

They did fine. We went to them and they have a nice showroom. They have a great big dog that is as sweet as he could be. They are really nice there. We have had no problems with the carpet.
