Delta Services provided the most competitive price of all the estimates we received, and we are happy with the work that they did. Our only issue is that we wish they would've communicated better about the length of time it takes to get the asbestos remediation certificate. We didn't mind that it took a couple months, but it would've saved us a lot of emails/phone calls if they would've just given us a time estimate of the timeframe from the start, instead of saying it was coming soon.

No one came to me after wards to follow up with their work and I was not impressed with this. They were on time and completed the job as they were supposed to. Their prices were comparable to other bids I received.

The inspector was right on time but wasn't thorough. The window renewal group was on time, pleasant & thorough, a good group. The office manager gave me a hard time about fitting the work into my schedule for demolition. Finally had owner of demolition company deal with it, which he did.

We knew when we bought our 1925 era home that we had some asbestos in the basement that would need to be removed. I work in construction, and was referred to Delta Services by someone at work. I traded a few emails with them, and sent pics of the asbestos coated pipe. Delta gave me a reasonable price quote, which I accepted. Asbestos is nothing to mess around with, so price was not really an issue. We were just glad to have peace of mind knowing that it was safely removed. We scheduled the work about a month out, since Delta had to secure a permit first. They assured us that there was no health hazard to people or dogs in the house while the work was being done. They use a vacuum system that keeps asbestos fibers from escaping. They arrived on time, and knocked the job out in a half day. They also sent us a report afterward, detailing the disposal and air testing results.

They did an excellent job.

Along with being the low bidder of the remediation contractors we entertained bids for, Mike and the folks at Delta impressed us with the thorough work and professionalism throughout the remediation process. Mike came out, went over the area in detail, explained things clearly, took plenty of time to answer our questions, and communicated with us regularly. The technicians were very professional as well, did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves daily, and also took the time to meet with and speak to us when we had questions or concerns.

We have used them before and they always provide great value. I help out with a charitable organization that owns a historic home. There had been fabric wall covering on the walls in several rooms that had been wet from roof leaks. Mold had grown and Delta was hired to remediate the problem. They started promptly communicated well and finished on time at the agreed price.

I had gotten price estimates from one other Asbestos abatement company. Their quote was competitive. On the starting day, the crew arrived on time and were very polite. They had notified me on one occasion that some asbestos was in an area where it could not be removed. I was sent an email with some pictures of these areas. I appreciated their communicating this information to me. They encapsulated all of the asbestos that could not be removed. This was only a small amount. I had also discovered after the work was done that a circuit breaker box had fallen out of its mounting possibly as the result of the duct that was removed above it. It is likely that this was not apparent to the abatement crew. After I had brought this to their attention, they were very prompt in repairing this. I was happy that they responded quickly to my concerns and were very professional in all communications. Very professional work. I would highly recommend the services of this company.

Quality of work was excellent. They came on time, etc. Price seemed a bit high, but I was pleased with the care they took to ensure no mold spores were spewed into the air.

Overall the experience was good given the stress of the situation. They really knew what they were doing and how to do it properly. My only concern was that the company itself did not equip the team doing my remediation with the proper tools, this included something as small as a box cutter. They had been on a large demolition job and all tools had been left there. Once the proper equipment was delivered and they were able to set up the containment area, the work went off flawlessly and they did a great job. Left the are very,very clean and did exactly what they said they would do. Mold remediation can be very confusing and many companies play off of fear and the unknown,leading to higher prices without experience, this company was honest about what they could and could not do, rare.

Excellent response on giving us an estimate, did all the work as promised. Price was fair.

THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT WAS COMPLETED IN TIME. THE PRICE SEEMED HIGH, BUT WAS LOWER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED.

ON TIME EACH TIME, FOR ESTIMATE, WORK AND A FOLLOW UP VISIT. EVERYONE I MET WITH WAS VERY POLITE. I CALLED OTHER COMPANIES BUT FOUND SOME TO BE RUDE AND OTHERS TRYING TO USE FEAR TACTICS TO MAKE ME PAY FOR AN ESTIMATE. DELTA'S ESTIMATE WAS FREE. THEY ADVISED ON POSSIBLE SOURCES OF THE MOLD, CITING THE MAIN REASON AS THE NEED OF A VAPOR BARRIER, BUT ALSO THE NEED TO INSULATE COPPER PIPES THAT GATHER CONDENSATION. I DETECTED OTHER SOURCES ON MY OWN AND CORRECTED ALL OF THESE ONCE DELTA HAD CLEANED OUT THE SPACE. THE JOB WAS DONE FAST, TO MY SATISFACTION, AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN (THOUGH I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!). THOSE WITH MOLD: STAY CALM, LEARN AS MUCH ABOUT THE CAUSES OF THE PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE, DO RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET. THE BASIC PROCESS IS: CLEAN OUT THE EXISTING MOLD, WASH WITH AN ANTIFUNGAL, PAINT WOOD WITH MOLD-RESISTANT COATING, DROP DOWN A VAPOR BARRIER. YOU MUST CORRECT THE SOURCES OF MOISTURE. BASICALLY, IF YOU STOP THE MOISTURE, YOU KILL THE MOLD.

WE CALLED DELTA UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HOME INSPECTOR, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS THE CHEAPEST OF THE FOUR ESTIMATES I GOT AND THEY HAVE CERTIFICATION IN THE FIELD OF WORK, SO WE HIRED THEM. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT WEEK WITH 7 PEOPLE AND WERE IN AND OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS. THEY DID MORE WORK THAN WAS NECESSARY AND TREATED MORE AREA AS A PREVENTION THAN WAS ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON, THEY WERE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND METICULOUS ABOUT TAKING CARE OF MY PROPERTY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY DO A LOT OF WORK FOR RILEY HOSPITAL.
