"We met Arn and Kimberly while attending the Parade of Homes.  We were nearing retirement and weighing our options regarding housing.  We loved their house featured that year, plus their willingness to help with finding a lot and selling our existing home. Arn and Kimberly consistently  go above and beyond the norm to help the customer.  When we found a potential lot, Arn was willing to look at it and evaluate it for suitability. During the entire building process, Arn was excellent at communicating progress and answering questions.  When little things went wrong, he immediately took steps to correct them.
