TERRIBLE !!! NO COMMUNICATION , BUILDER DOES NOT HAVE FUNDS TO COVER COSTS OF MATERIALS OR PAY HIS WORKERS, DOES NOT PAY TAXES ON ONE OF THEM.hE HAS NO BUILDERS INSURANCE!!
