ADVANCED TILE CLEANINGAdvanced Tile Cleaning was selected from among four similar companies that were contacted by phone for estimates. They were the most courteous and prompt to respond and, on the phone, seemed the most professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. We submitted photos of the pool (standard kidney shape) by text message with close-ups of sample tiles and expansion joints, and the company responded with an estimate and suggestions by phone. After the company rep answered a lot of our questions, the job was scheduled about three days out. Two workers arrived precisely on time first thing in the morning and completed the tile cleaning and expansion joint repair by mid-afternoon. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. No property or landscaping was damaged, and everything was neat and clean when the job was complete. The cleaned tiles look nearly new. We have very hard water with lots of mineral deposits. The tiles are almost fifty years old and have been cleaned several times, not always with the best methods, so they could never be made to look exactly as new. And the clean look has lasted nearly ten months. The expansion joints look very good too. We're very pleased with the results. Our pool hasn't looked this good in a long time, and we will definitely hire Advanced Tile Cleaning again when needed.- Michael v.

NEW IMAGE POOL INTERIORSThe office staff/ sales people were very professional and helpful. Some of the team that actually worked on our pool were a little rough around the edges. (One of them was constantly smoking while he worked. They played music, although it wasn't too loud.) Their team worked fast, and did a quality thorough job. After they removed the old plaster, they put a bond coat on the cement to make sure that the new plaster stays put. (A step that some companies skip). They also did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished. Our pool looks brand new! We are thrilled with the way it turned out.- Jenni S.

CRYSTAL POOL SVC OF FRESNO INCCrystal pools is amazing. I submitted a previous review about Aqua Brite Pools that was not a positive experience at all to say the least, and Crystal Pools was able to come out on short notice and get the job done right the first time within a few hours. My pool pump was leaking so my home warrenty called Aqua Brite out and it was a horror story from the get go. Let's just say I will be seeing them in court soon if they continue to dodge my calls. They left a mess and a bigger problem with the above ground plumbing system than I had in the first place. Crystal pools was able to completely re-do everything and now after almost 2 months of battling the home warrenty company and chasing Aqua Brite, my pool pump system is running like a champ and looks very professionally done. I would recommend Crystal Pools Service to anyone who owns a pool that needs any type of regular maintenance or major work. Craig, the owner, was a really nice guy and did an awesome job. Pool Chlor - FresnoI called Pool Chlor after a different pool business never called me back, plus, I found Pool Chlor on Angie's List so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Mindy, an office person, and explained my unplesant experience with a different pool service business and she was very understanding and smypathetic...I appreciated her kindness and professionalism on the phone. I inquired about Pool Chlor's charges, etc., for getting my older filter/grids cleaned. She explained their service thoroughly and answered all my questions. After speaking with Mindy, I felt confident enough to give them a trial service date for my older pool filter. Also, I felt their prices seemed fair and competitive for their services. I scheduled an appointment and the pool tech came to my house on time and was very professional and curteous. I watched him clean the many filter grids and asked many questions during his service call. His work was very good and he advised me about some future parts/expenses I would probably need to take care of...I appreciated the heads-up notice about things that needed to be done in the near future. Juan, the pool tech, was friendly, easy to talk to, had a good sense of humor, and was professional and knowledgable about the pool filter system, all parts, and etc. He was patient and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I am definitely going to continue with Pool Chlor's service for my pool filter system, and maybe in the future I might use their water testing/chemical treatment service too.- Valerie Q.

Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.

Not as hoped for. This contractor came highly recommended, not happy at all. First, time frames for them are merely a suggestion. We were told 7-10 days from start to finish, 3 weeks later they're still working on the pool. We were told we would receive calls giving us the times for the next phase of the process, half the time we had to call them. We were given a date to complete the plastering and found out that we were actually scheduled 4 days later. Discussed modifications to entry steps at the time of the contract and given a price. When the sales rep showed up for a final walk-around, we were given a bill that was $500 more, supposedly for the steps. I told him I would pay the total but wanted a call from the shop to discuss the difference. The check was cashed the next day and, a week later, I'm still waiting for that call. For the record, they are now located at 906 Hoblitt Ave. in Clovis but have the same phone number.

Ron had to come back twice because an hour after he left it looked just like it did before he came. He blamed it on the sealer from the previous pool tile cleaner, but he did do it over. There are still several spots where he missed. Definitely in a rush to earn quick money. The first trip he was here less than 40 minutes. Not bad for $400...... His cleaning also left tons of residue that the pool sweep cannot pick up. He said he would be back to take care of it, but has never showed up or returned my last call. Not a man of his word. Save your money and go with someone who does quality work.
