They were timely, efficient and hardworking. They gave me good results.

Not as hoped for. This contractor came highly recommended, not happy at all. First, time frames for them are merely a suggestion. We were told 7-10 days from start to finish, 3 weeks later they're still working on the pool. We were told we would receive calls giving us the times for the next phase of the process, half the time we had to call them. We were given a date to complete the plastering and found out that we were actually scheduled 4 days later. Discussed modifications to entry steps at the time of the contract and given a price. When the sales rep showed up for a final walk-around, we were given a bill that was $500 more, supposedly for the steps. I told him I would pay the total but wanted a call from the shop to discuss the difference. The check was cashed the next day and, a week later, I'm still waiting for that call. For the record, they are now located at 906 Hoblitt Ave. in Clovis but have the same phone number.

Very professional, got the resurfacing done in a week, love the results, very happy with the work (still one more time for pool service)

We bought something of a fixer-upper when we moved into our new home.  There were tons of areas that needed upgrading or updating, including the plaster on the relatively small pool.  The old finish was fading and chipping away and aside from just looking awful, we knew that eventually it would compromise the actual integrity of the pool.
Lee came out to our house very soon after we called to schedule an estimate.  He talked with us in detail about the process, took measurements, and before he left, gave a quote for various options. The thing that sold us most, aside from his obvious knowledge of the process, was how honest he was - he said that our pool would probably be fine for several more years and that refinishing wasn't really necessary right away.  
After that, we went back and forth for a while, trying to decide whether we wanted to tackle the pool this year or wait on the project.  We decided that since water prices aren't going to get any cheaper and re-filling the pool might only get tougher as the drought continues, we'd just bite the bullet and do it now and then enjoy our new pool all summer. 
Our installation date was scheduled promptly and everyone in the office was very responsive when we had questions.  We spent a long time in the showroom looking at different finish samples, going back and forth between plaster and pebble finishes, looking at regular versus premium colors, etc.  We expressed our goals for color and finish and gave Lee our budget and he very happily worked with us to achieve the best balance.  
Installation took about a week from start to finish and the crew was polite and punctual.  They cleaned up after themselves as best they could.  They will tell you the sandblasting material goes everywhere - they are not kidding.  There's still some material in my grass, but I'm not vacuuming my lawn and I sure don't expect anyone else to either!  It'll work into the soil eventually.  At the end of each day, they vacuumed the patio and swept up all the concrete areas in the back.  They were respectful of our property and finished promptly each day. After the pool was refilled, they came for three days and balanced all of the chemicals so we didn't have to worry about buying and storing huge amounts of chemicals ourselves. This was an extra, optional service I'd highly recommend you purchase. 
In the end, we wound up with a beautiful pebble-finish pool in a gorgeous dark color, all at a reasonable price.  
The service didn't end when our pool was filled, though.  A few months later, our pool vacuum kicked the bucket. While we were looking at replacements, we gave Lee a call to ask if there were any he recommended for our particular finish.  He was very helpful and gave us a recommendation for a great model that's been working great for us and didn't break the bank.  He told us to call if we had any more questions.
All in all, while hopefully we're done with major work on the pool and equipment for a few years, we'd definitely use New Image again.

New Image replastered our spa at no charge. Lee said there was a defect in the plaster that caused it to delaminate from the bottom layer. His company had done the work before, in 2008 or 2009. He said he would honor his warranty and he did. His workmen were on-time, very professional and skilled. They even sent someone to chemically balance the water after the spa was filled.  All we had to pay was $80 for a new light bulb. I would definitely recommend New Image!

Please consider NEW IMAGE for your pool repairs or even for new construction!  They do both - QUITE WELL I MIGHT ADD!

It went well. Excellent workmanship and very good customer service.

It was very good. They were fine. We just haven't decided what we are going to do yet but we just were interested in knowing what the cost was going to be and getting information. They quoted $3500.

Met with their sales rep, Bob, who arrived on time and was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. After getting a couple of more quotes, we decided to go with New Image. The initial job was done promptly and I was impressed with how the crew cleaned up after the job was done. We did have a couple of issues with our skimmer and our auto-fill. These issues were responded to very quickly and eventually resolved. I had most of my contact with Lee Jr, and he was very professional and prompt at returning calls and getting the final issues addressed. Overall, was very happy with the job and the attention to getting the job done all the way to the end and not dragging their feet the way many contractors do. Very pleased.

OUTSTANDING without a single problem!

We began a backyard remodel and wanted to re-do our 20 year old pool. New Image Pool Interiors came highly recommended so we met with Lee Valenzuela one of the 3 owners. Lee was extremely knowledgeable in helping us with our pool redesign. When trying to decide on an interior pebble color, Lee took us to several homes that he recently worked on so that we could see in person how various colors looked. Once the color was chosen, he helped us choose the water line tile and ledger stone for the retaining wall. It all looks fabulous together and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Once the work began, his crews were punctual, respectful, neat, professional and very, very meticulous. Each crew leader made sure that their work was done properly and well and were very helpful answering any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Juan who installed the waterline tile did an amazing job and helped us select a custom grout color. Vince their plumber also did an awesome job. He installed a new skimmer, sheer decent, autofill line, replumbed all the lines at the pool equipment and relocated our pool light. The 3 owners were onsite daily checking on the workmanship during all stages of the renovation. The owners even helped their crew relocate several heavy boulders around the pool area to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. The whole process took about two weeks as their crews had to work around other projects that were being done in our backyard. It clearly shows that New Image takes pride in their work and works together as one big happy family. We would highly recommend this company and we can't wait to use the pool this summer!
