"Absolutely the worst company in the metroplex. Extremely unprofessional and they are complete crroks that are only out to rip you off and steal your money. They came out and chraged us $350 to leave us with a dryer that did not work at all immediately after the tech left. When we called back they told us that the issue was with the vent not the dryer and tefused to refund us or even let me talk to the manager. We hired another company to come out and clean the dryer vent and they said its was not really dirty at all and definitely wasnt dirty enough to over heat the dryer. They completely lied and scammed us. We had to call out back and have them reclaim the charge for us. Not only will they never receive my business agian but the next time they hear from me it will be in a court room"

He kept me totally up to date on what the symptoms were and expected repair costs. On top of that needed repair, I had purchased a replacement ice maker which hadn't worked for a while and he replaced it - no extra charge. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs appliance services."
