Countryside Appliance Repair

I have used Countryside several times now. Every time they come by the job is done efficiently. They always communicate well with me on when they will arrive & it is as scheduled. I urge you to use them for any appliance repair needs. They stand by their work and make it right should until you're satisfied. I also receive options so I am not blindsided by additional expenses.

So far so good. Caesar was our tech and he communicated with us very well. We had a 10 AM appointment and shortly before he called and said someone's refrigerator went out and he was going to head there first. That was not an issue as a refrigerator and freezer full of food was definitely more important than our dishwasher. He told us that he expected to arrive around 12 noon and he got there a little prior to that. He spent time running diagnostics to determine exactly what the problem was. After initially thinking it might have been a very expensive control board it turns out it was just the pump. The parts house was already closed so I will get a quote on Monday and go from there. Very professional service and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

My GE Monogram is 15 years old and both the freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one because of age at a cost of $7500.00 but first I wanted to have it checked out just in case. I had an appliance repairman I always used that was great but phone was disconnected. Through research with another site, I found Maurisio, owner of Countryside Appliance Repair, who came with nothing but high reviews. After leaving a message with Maurisio, he was very prompt in calling me back. I had an appointment with Maurisio the next day, between 11:00 and 1:00. The day of the appointment, Maurisio called and said he could be here between 10:30 and 11:30. He arrived within that time with a smile and very friendly. Maurisio was quick in finding the source of the problem and fixed it the same day, saving us thousands of dollars. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him. Maurisio does just about any appliance so if you need him other than refrigerator, don't hesitate to call him. At the time of my repair, Maurisio does not take credit cards, cash or checks only.
