"We contracted with Greene Solutions a couple of years ago to complete an energy audit and to map out a series energy saving projects to achieve desired energy efficiency and comfort goals for our 30 year old home. The last two projects were completed in September 2019. "Our new furnace replacement was a challenge that did not fit well with prominent local HVAC companies. We were changing from oil heat to a gas furnace. Local companies declined to remove the old oil tank from our basement but they still wanted the furnace & ac replacement work. This was unacceptable. Air Comfort Systems said “no problem” to the whole job. The service took a little longer than planned due to a narrow staircase and a bulky oil tank. Once completed the new furnace installation was exceptionally satisfactory. The city inspector was even complimentary of the workmanship. The workers were all very polite and appreciative of our home. Care was taken to remove all old components and the debris generated in the changeover.
