"I would hire this company again if needed. The serviceman was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave me a quote and made the fix all in one visit. He went over what he did and showed me the work. He made my day

They did a good job at a good price. They had certifications and worked with the city to make sure it works.

The initial contact was fine, they asked for a description of our electrical panel and said no problem.  When the installer arrived, they said they had the wrong part and would be back.  They returned and installed the surge protector and simply handed me the instructions from the box.  I was still ok with everything at this point but when I asked for a bill of sale, they weren't able to provide me with one.  I then asked via the Angies List website and never received a reply message.  So while I feel I received what I wanted, in the end they weren't very professional and the communication was poor in my opinion.

We just purchased a new condo and wanted to have ceiling fans installed into 3 rooms.  One room has a nine foot ceiling, one has a tray ceiling and one has a vaulted ceiling.  We purchased the fans, but did not purchase the drop down poles since we were not sure on the length.  Speedy Electric sent two men out to install the fans - they called the office to let them know the length of the poles that were needed.  The owner (Keith Speed) went out and got the poles and delivered them to the condo.  The work was done expertly, they cleaned up afterwards and we are now enjoying the fans!  We have now used Speedy Electric three times and have been happy all three times.

Went terrible from the first minute.  The workers complained the entire time they were here.  Never pulled the permits, always gave a excuse for not showing the permit.  Ended up with one outlet in the den on one breaker.  why????   This is the worst company ever to be on Angie's List.  Took over 10 hours to do the job, when Keith said many times, it would be 4 to 5 hours max.  This company is a joke!!

Everything was really good including scheduling except for one of the breaker handles got broken while testing and they didn’t replace it.  This made the new electrical panel look used.  I would be worried about touching this part of it if there was water in the basement. He made it easy for me to understand what they were going to do and communication was good with them.

It took some time to get the job done.  The alarm didn't work properly.  We had to wait to order a 2nd one.  He was slow getting back to us.  When work was eventually done it was done well.  He explained how to we switch over to the generator.  I would like have liked him to be more responsive .  He was professional here but not when returning calls and emails promptly.

All went well.  The technician was punctual and friendly.  It took about three hours.  The electricity was turned off during that time.

They arrived on time to appointment. There were no additional fees beyond the prepaid cost of the deal. Everything turned out fine.

Service and professionalism was a 10/10.  He worked around my schedule and performed the work when I needed it done.  He had to come out twice because one of the wires didn't get reconnected correctly.  He came out the next day to fix the issue and got it done quickly.  I will use this company again.

It was very good. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I did have them do some additional work. It cost me another $850 to $900 beyond the big deal amount. They did a good job. They came when they said they would. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They just came, did the work, cleaned up and left. I got another estimate from him for some additional work. So I might use him again.

Scheduling went really well and there were no issues.  They were very professional and communication was great.  They told me exactly what they were going to be doing.  One was in the basement and one was upstairs and they communicated well with each other.  There have been no issues whatesoever since.  We felt the price was fair.

They were professional and polite. Though I haven't purchased a generator yet, the switch seems to be installed well and the electric is working otherwise! The only minor, minor concern I had was that they seemed to have been overwhelmed by the Angie's List Big Deal, because it took a little longer than I expected for them to get to us. But when they did, I was very happy with the service.

Replace electric service box with one that gives me a whole house option for my generator, allowing me to choose, from time to time, which circuits I want active at any one time. The job went very well. The owner is very actively involved with this business. They're great to work with and they do a very good job.

They were great. They were very punctual and very professional. It was a big job and they've got it all done very quickly and efficiently.

Keith and Louis did a great job. I would hire them again, as they did everything that our drawings indicated. And they let me know of any issues along the way.

They were really quick and great about cleaning up after themselves.  They were also very good about finding other problems we needed to deal with while they were there.  It was a very hot day, and I was very impressed that none of them complained about the heat while they were working all day.  They were real gentlemen about everything and I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything that they did.
