    Giving a 5 star review in El Paso is almost impossible these days, but rob absolutely earned it. My experience has been after you pay someone for work they high tail it out and if something goes wrong, good luck getting them back. I called rob because we were having issues with our dryer after he did the duct, apparently out clog was WAY worse then we thought. Rob came right back out and fixed the issue and man alive there was lot of stuff. If you own a older home you NEED this service

    First the guys came out and cleaned every duct. They look great. They were very courteous and professional. Then about an hour later they came out and did the energy audit. They found some areas of concern that I was able to fix immediately and then some areas of work that we need to get done. I'll definitely use them to do the repairs listed in the audit. I thought the price was reasonable and the pricing that they gave me was very fair. Would definitely use them again

    Fantastic job! They were friendly, professional, well-spoken and went to great lengths to show us the before and after version of their work, explaining what they were doing and how it would benefit our home. Prior to the dryer being cleaned of lint, I had to run the machine twice (at least) to dry our clothes (we have a family of 5, it was no small job getting laundry done & we were wondering whether it was time to replace the dryer) I now have no problem drying even the heaviest of loads in one cycle! In addition, our house was left spotless. No dust, no mess, nothing! These people were terrific, responsive, competitive in terms of price, and did everything they said they would

    Our house was built in 1987. We bought it in 2001. For the time we have owned it, and I'm sure since it was built, the AC and heat airflow to the kitchen side of the house has been weak while the bedroom side has been strong. HART installed a new heater/AC system in November with new OSB registers for improved airflow. That worked, but the kitchen wing was still out of balance with the bedroom wing; we needed to crank down the bedroom wing registers to force more air to the kitchen wing. That helped a lot but did increase the noise level in the bedroom wing. HART's techs arrived and scoped out the duct work and came up with an inspired plan: they cut a 14" round hole into the duct work as it exited the top of the heater and curved toward the hall main duct work. They ran an insulated, flexible 14" duct from the top of the heater to the duct feeding the kitchen/living wing. The direct up flowing air now freely pushed through the flexible duct and on into the living areas. This solution had three effects: 1. Greatly improved the airflow into the living areas which was now pressure balanced with the bedroom wing. 2. Quieted the system since we now could fully open the OSB registers in the bedroom wing. 3. Since the airflow was free flowing, there is now less heat build up in the heater closet area which is where the thermostat is located. We planned to move the thermostat but now find the current location is fine. They were done in two hours and the house has never been more comfortable, balanced, and quiet

    It took two days to do the complete job, as we were told it would at the initial consultation. The men were extremely polite and professional. The actual cleaning was noisy because of the generators used, however, the overall job was not dirty or messy. The air conditioning is more efficient now, and the air seems to be cleaner. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Southwest Chimney & Stoves & Air Duct Cleaning
