Carpet Magic is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the El Paso area for more than 25 years. We are one of just a few IICRC Certified Firms in El Paso and our family is committed to providing the highest level of service and security to our customers. We are licensed, bonded and insured for the services we offer and all our technicians are drug-free, background checked and take part in a rigorous on-going training plan. We provide 6-day-a-week carpet, upholstery, tile & air duct cleaning services. We also provide exterior pressure washing and residential trash bin cleaning services. In addition, we answer our phones 24-hours-a-day—7 days a week for emergency water removal and drying services. We are totally committed to your complete satisfaction. their technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and went over the work order and toured the work scope prior to beginning. he wasn't sure on the for scotchguarding due to the type of material so he checked with the owner before proceeding. the job was then completed in time and with total satisfaction. Would use again and highly recommend for both quality and value

The technician called to alert me that he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time for the appointment.  He worked tirelessly for the 4 hours he was in my home, and did an excellent job!  He also did an excellent job of moving many pieces of furniture, and replacing them after cleaning, placing the items on small foam pads that allows the damp carpet to "breathe" and properly dry.   The next day, we were not totally satisfied with the appearance of the sofa.  After calling the Carpet Magic office, the technician came back out that same day and re-cleaned the sofa at no add'l cost.   I will not hesitate to use Carpet Magic again in the future when I need  my carpeting professionally cleaned; and I highly recommend them!!

The service provider was very knowledgeable of and answered all our questions regarding good carpet care, maintenance and repair.  The provider was prompt and accomplished all tasks in a timely manner. 
Carpet Magic also followed up to check if everything was done to our satisfaction.

Overall they did a good job.  They showed up about 45 min late and they worked at a reasonable (although not fast) speed.  The tile is very clean and the grout is about 85% as cleasn as new grout (it was very dirty to start with).  Two man crew.  They were respectful and professional for the most part.

Benjamin and Mario first restretched our carpeting in May.  It continued to be loose in several areas so we called them to return and fix the problems.  They were very professional and thorough.  They restretched the carpeting and we are now very happy with the job they did.
