"The first conversation with Candace wasn't just a cut and dried set up of the estimate visit. In the initial phone call, we spoke at great length about my goals for this job, including a request for some expediency. We are preparing to move and need to list our home as soon as possible, and so needed to get the exterior rotting trim wood replaced, and a whole house exterior paint job. She was here within 24 hrs of my contact to prepare an estimate, which she completed on-site after a very thorough examination of the home. Initially, the date to start was about 6-7 weeks out, and most companies I spoke with are heavily booked. She provided that if we were flexible, she could keep us at the top of the list for moving ahead sooner if the time became available. That worked out great when she called to say they could move up the date and scheduled a new date only 3 weeks away. The house was power-washed and prepped, then the crew had to take 2-3 day break for spring rain/snow days, but came back and completed the wood replacement and full paint job beautifully. Gio & his crew were great to work with, very professional, polite, and respectful of our property, cleaning up completely when they were done. The estimate was reasonable and about the midpoint of all that we received. I found nothing deceptive in their practices, and received exactly what we asked for on this job. From start to finish this was a 5-star experience, and we would use them again if we weren't moving away! Highly recommend 10/10!!"
