Karen spent nearly 6 hours on the first clean and we have already scheduled her to come back in February.

I had a firearm that I needed polished and had been to a few other places that only after a month or so returned it to me unpolished. Luckily at my last go round I found Tony at MIRROR FINISH POLISHING, he said to send it to him and no worries it would be done. I was a little worried after all my previous disappointments. Then less then 2 weeks later I had received my high polished firearm back. It was more than I could imagine!! They exceeded what they said and there service is wonderful, fast, friendly, and very helpful and punctual. - Home Cleaning Centers of America - East & ParkerRobin came and did an estimate and walked through the house as I pointed out all the areas that needed attention. She was very thorough and wrote down all the extra things that were of importance to me. We set a day and time for the team to come and clean and they all arrived on time. A 3 person team introduced themselves to me as they brought in all of their equipment. We walked through the house and I explained the areas that needed extra attention. They accommodated all of my needs (I have a dog) and someone who was sleeping. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, they listened, asked questions, and generally went out of their way to make sure they did what I wanted. At the end, I checked everything and even Robin came back out and checked with me and made sure everything was done to perfection. I was so relieved to have the house completely spotless and to know I could trust them to do a great job every time. I'm on the service every 2 weeks and I'm extremely happy with this service. They are thorough, friendly, easy to talk to and they don't get upset if you find something they missed and tell them about it. I've had some really bad house cleaning experiences in the past but this team renewed my faith that there really are good, caring, services out there. Use them, you won't be disappointed

I took my car in for auto hail repair, the people there were very friendly and know what customer service is and how to give it. They continuously gave me updates on my vehicles progress. They did an excellent job, and I plan to go back to them for other services
- Sir Grout of DenverGreat product that did what they said it would do, just like in the advertising pictures. I now have clean grout in my shower, two guest bathrooms, and two tile entry ways. Careful about taking down and rehanging shower curtain. I'd do it again, in a minute! Sales person Rob Alaniz and then cleaner Jaun Ortiz arrived on time as scheduled. Jaun just kept on going, even while talking to me (always explained what he was going to do), and kept the necessary mess to a minimum and cleaned up when done
- Sir Grout of DenverI have never written a review before but have to give huge kudos to the excellent service provided by Jaun Ortiz from Sir Grout. I needed the tile in my kitchen and bathroom repaired after buying a "fixer-upper" house. Jaun came in and gave a fair estimate and explained the process in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly at every meeting. If you are like me, you may be jaded by service providers saying they will be at your house at a certain time and showing up hours later. Not so with Jaun. He was punctual and the job was done when he said it would be. The tile looks absolutely outstanding. I cannot sing his praises enough! If you need your tile done, I would highly recommend calling Jaun at Sir Grout. You will NOT be sorry

- The Detail King LLCTerry and his team did a fantastic job detailing my Xterra. I do a lot of 4 wheeling and snowboarding trips to the mountains, so that means a lot of surface grit and grime. Before the clay bar treatment Terry did, you could feel a lot of grime on the paint surface. Afterwards it was a smooth as silk. They had great attention to detail and I was 100% satisfied. Best detail I have ever had on one of my vehicles. Highly recommended

"They did a great job and were very diligent in their cleaning but beware homebuyers!! I did not know until they started cleaning that the shower in the master bath and the tub in the hallway were resurfaced and painted until they cleaned and all this **** and paint came up and nasty stains came up on the tub that couldn’t be cleaned!! I had to pay to have both professionally resurfaced!!!

"I called Alvaro to give us an estimate on refinishing the hardwood floors in a house we are selling to my brother. He came right out, was right on time & was very friendly. He emailed us the quote immediately as well as went over it with us on the spot. He broke down every cost into separate line items so we could pick & choose what options we wanted or did not want. Alvaro was able to get us on the schedule to have the work done that very next week which was perfect as we were in a serious time crunch. Alvaro & his crew showed up on time each day, were very professional & kind & explained everything they were doing & the time frame in which it would be done. They had originally said the floors would take 3 days from the time they started to the time we could walk on them, but it ended up only taking 2 days! We had done all the carpet tear out & removal of tack strips & staples ourselves to save some money which also saved the crew a lot of time. They had 2 areas of floor that had been cut out for duct work many years ago that they had to patch in & you can't even tell where those spots were now. Also, although all surfaces in the house did need a wipe down later on, I was pretty surprised at how little dust there was. They did a fantastic job & we were stunned at how beautiful the floors turned out. We went with a natural, water base finish & we are so glad we did because all the natural variations in the wood really stand out! Alvaro said that once my brother is in the house for a while, if anything turns up that needs attention (any snags, splinters, etc...) to call him & they will come back out to fix it. So far there were only a couple of tiny splinters but I'm not sure they're significant enough to call them back out, but I know if they get worse that Alvaro will make it right! We also had Alvaro give us a price on painting the interior of the upstairs & also putting on new baseboards throughout the upstairs but it turned out those just weren't in the budget. The floor refinishing was a very reasonable price for the amount of work & size of the house, but the painting & baseboards did seem to be a bit pricey by comparison. We would certainly use them again for hardwood floor refinishing!
