About us
All N 1 Detail & Reconditioning is a small locally owned company with less than 10 employees. I have been in the auto industry for over 20 years now. I was a Sales Manager at Indy Honda for 12 years and part of my responsibilities included over seeing the reconditioning of all the cars being traded in for new. Occasionally I utilize a trusted sub-contractor if the situation arises. A good example of this happening is when a major hail storm hits our area. I work with the insurance company to file the claims and make sure the customer is 100% happy. Work is performed at my shop and always delivered back to you by my staff, with a guarantee from All N 1. We detail all makes and models. We have custom detailing packages available for Classic, Luxury and Exotic Vehicles. I am a certified installer of Opti-Coat Pro Ceramic Clear Coatings. We also detail Boats, RV's and Semi's. We accept cash, check or charge for our services. During the winter, I also plow snow for businesses and homes.

After researching ceramic paint protection and making phone calls, we took our brand new Genesis G80 to All-N-1 for Opti-Coat Pro Plus protection. Before applying it, Robin buffed out very small, light scratches. This is not an exaggeration to say it easily looks better than new. I am also appreciative that Robin gave me expert advice on washing the car. We will go to Robin the next time we buy a new car. There is no need to go anywhere else for top of the line ceramic paint protection.

One big reason I went with this company was because I only have one car and couldn't sit there for 3-4 hours waiting for it to be detailed. When making the appointment, I specifically asked if they provided drop off/pick up service. I made the appointment several weeks prior. I expected a courtesy call a day or two before since most businesses do that these days when you make an appt far out ahead (more than a few days). It's ok that I didn't get one, but when I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time, I was told that they were expecting me to wait while it was detailed (several hours). The gentleman who was there actually did offer to take me home, but I realized that would leave the business unattended/locked while he did so. Therefore, I offered to call an Uber ride to get home. The gentleman DID offer to take the $12 off for my having to pay to get a ride home. But while my car was being done, I did not get a call from the owner apologizing for the mix up, and therefore, had to hire another UBER driver to get me back to pick up my car. This $12 was NOT reimbursed to me. And I never did get a call for the mix up. Simple customer service. My car was done ok, the windows on the inside were still smudgy and the car smelled like cigarette odor upon it's return. I was very disappointed for what I received for a cleaning in/out of a Honda civic 4 door, for $250. Seemed rather pricey for mediocre customer service. Disappointing.

"I am very sorry for your experience and realize I am the reason you came to All-N-1. After reviewing my notes, I could not find anything about needing a ride. My apologies for the miscommunication. We run a small crew on Saturdays and I generally do not offer pick up and drop off for that reason. We should have called to confirm the day before and that would’ve been discussed. As far as not receiving a call back about the mix up, that falls on me as well since I was not aware of the problem. I would like to offer a free deodorizing and disinfectant detail at no cost if your interested. This will take care of the glass smudges and insure the smoke smell is taken care of too. It was amazing as always! The before and after are night and day!!! My kids have spilt drinks and food in the back seat and the front. When I picked it up from All N 1 it looked liked I bought it right off the lot! Perfection! Above and beyond!

Dropped it off at 8am. Picked up at 3pm. Washed, waxed and buffed my car. Fantastic job. Did I say fantastic job? ha!

IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!! We have 2 little ones and lets just say they have put my wives car through a lot. Some of the stains in the seats i didn't think would come out, but Robin was able to do it! The pilot looks as good as the day I bought it! I will only be using ALL N 1 for any of my cars for detailing. I highly recommend anyone to use them! I have worked at Angie's List for years and directly deal with qualified companies to be on Angie's List, like ALL N 1, and I must say that they are the definition of quality and professionalism and what AL loves. They did a great job, told us how we could get other little problems (tears, etc.) fixed and what it might cost if they did it, or who else might do it at a lower cost, and were very attentive to me as a customer.

Had body work for some rust and also hood had chips. Then had them detail inside and out. This was a one stop shop for my needs. They did a fantastic job, car looks almost brand new. Completed the job on time and were very informative, courteous, friendly and even picked me up from home to pick my car up. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Car looked amazing. The only detail I noticed was that the windows had not been cleaned, however, I did not notice it until I got home. As it is my wife's car, I was unable to return and have them correct the problem, although I am sure they would have. They were very nice and extremely helpful in scheduling my car in for service.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Water had gotten into my car, which was parked for several weeks and caused mold to grow all over the interior. I described the problem to them and they gave me a quote for a regular detail. After I dropped it off I received a call detailing what they were going to do and explaining that it would be more. I was a little disappointed, but given the condition I was not surprised. They also needed to keep it overnight, which was not a problem. When I picked it up it looked great until I got in to drive away and pulled the seat belt down. There was still mold on them. I had them immediately correct and they checked all of them and cleaned them in just a few minutes. I haven't had any problem with it since. I would recommend them and the price while high seems comparable to elsewhere. My only disappointment was having to have them correct the seat belts.

I use them at least once a year for this service. The are awesome. The offer pick up and drop off services if needed. The are very professional and reliable and can usually get me right in whenever is convenient for me. They do a great job - price wise they are in the middle of what I have payed before but quality wise they are at the top. Will continue to use them.

All-N-1 Detail is awesome!! I took my Jeep to have some scratches fixed. Robin, Rick, and Steve are very professional. They have an eye for detail and do quality work. I didn't feel rushed as time was generous to explain repair options. Robin repaired the scratches better than I thought possible without repainting the door and tailgate. I was concerned that the scratches were too small for an auto detail shop to care but Robin and crew took care of my vehicle as if it were their own. There is no job too small. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any of our vehicle needs. I highly recommend All-N-1.
