  Our pipe burst due to cold weather Luis came in handles everything professionally and the hole crew did a great job.. Gerardo and Indigo came backed to do all the repairs to the walls, ceiling, and baseboard and it all looks great. They were very curtious and informative on what their plan was for the day with updates on how it was going and they really care about how good it looks not just to them but us too. Matched the color that we were going to paint the undamaged area and gave us the option of them finishing it for us.   I absolutely LOVE Roth and ALL their employees!! I have used them several times on gut out projects of single and multiple rooms. Some were water damage and other was other damages.   This company has been great with customer service and work standards. They are very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. We just had a big wind storm come through, and a large branch just clipped the eave, displacing a couple of shingles. I knew they would be busy because of it, but they were able to squeeze me in. They stopped over immediately, after hours, just to make sure the roof wouldn't leak, then came back when it was convenient for me to complete the repairs. They kept in touch over the week with emails and phone calls, and even called afterward to see if the work was done to my satisfaction. They had performed previous work for me before, and their work was just as great as before. I might also note, I usually do not write reviews unless something was really wrong or really right, and I think they should be recognized to being 'really right'show more

  We decided to use Ohio Ext. in Jan after original roof started leaking again. We received a total of 5 quotes from other companies on Angie's List but decided on this company; owner, James Green, gave a detailed estimate during an outstanding presentation with models and displays. When the contract was signed I knew exactly what was going to happen. James arrived with the installation team and introduced his foreman to my wife and I Installation began around 8 AM and continued past dusk. Clean up was an ongoing effort all day as well as after the installation was completed. James returned the following morning to conduct a quality inspection as well as the crew to finish their clean up during daylight hours. Clean up was very good. Overall performance and quality was exceptional. Our experience with this company was very satisfying. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.show more

  LeRoy provided a quick and fair cost estimate. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and arrived to do the job on time. The entire fix took just under 90 minutes and the leak was fixed to our satisfaction. All materials were cleaned up and removed and the roof looks as good as new.   I'm going to start with the best part: The raccoons actually returned and attempted to re-enter the sealed chimney through the roof. They were unable to get in, but did pull back enough of the older shingles (present before the job) to create a leak. I thought the leak was coming from the new construction and emailed Ohio Exteriors the same night. They came out first thing the next day to inspect the damage and repaired it for me using some shingles I had leftover. This was an excellent experience and more than made up for some of the communication problems I had earlier on. Do to a schedule opening they were able to start much earlier than expected. Since it was last minute, I had to rush a bit to prepare but it was worth it because construction was done quite quickly. They found some additional damage inside the wall that they didn't expect, and because of this I was asked to sign a contract extension to cover the extra work. The framing damage was quite a bit worse than I had anticipated myself. So this made sense. They also replaced the gutters and downspouts on that side of the house. I had worked with their sales manager to determine a placement for one of the two downspouts but that information did not get communicated back to the installer. I had to ask them to come out again and move the downspout. I was also disappointed that they installed the gutters before the painting was done, but it is impossible to tell now that everything is installed. The painting took a while to get started but they did a good job when they finished. There was some confusion on my part about how the paint sample would be chosen. I should have spent more time understanding the contract. But they were courteous with me even when I was frustrated and we got it sorted in the end. I've given them top marks in everything because the end result is excellent, they completed the job on time, and they were very helpful even after the work was completedshow more
