Excellent work. Very professional team that bring a lot of experience to the job everyday. Josh demands a high level If quality. Hope to bring them back for more projects. Also appreciate that they are a veteran owned company that gives back to their community in many ways.

Steve, Chris and the whole team exceeded my expectations by a lot. Steve was here within 30 minutes of my call, brought a full team within an hour and had the situation completely under control on day one. Came back the next day for follow up and adjustments, and the next day to finalize everything. Sump pump failed gave is 3 inches of water in the basement. They moved everything, disposed of what was damaged and brought in tons of fans and dehumidifier to fix. They sprayed disinfectant to keep mold from growing, and even fogged to get to the nooks and crannies. The invoice was detailed and completely reasonable. (Even tho Steve heard what insurance was giving us!) I just had the sense that these guys have a service ethic, as befits their name and actual employee make-up. I can enthusiastically recommend them to anyone, and would be happy to serve as a reference for them! Thanks again guys!!!

We had a leak in our camper that left us with a tremendous amount of water in the ceiling and slide. Patriot was incredibly helpful by providing multiple fans and a dehumidifier to remove the water, coming to our site for a follow up, and testing moisture levels to ensure the camper had been dried out completely. They ensured we took the proper steps to avoid having any mold issues and allowed us to get the camper back in working condition ASAP. Patriot did a fantastic job when we realized our sump pump had gone out. The immediately brought in their Restoration team to dry out our floor and carpet. They had a crew to our house first thing to take out the old sump and install a brand new sump pump, check our lines, and made sure we were good to go!
