    My Husband and I were married on December 21st of 2009 and it was beautiful. We chose The Olive Branch for our floral services because they are nice, helpful and can do great things at a very low price. We asked The Olive Branch to do this project in a very short period of time and they did a wonderful job! They did our floral arrangments for under $1000 and we felt like nothing could have been better. We had various, beautiful flowers arranged over the willow branch arch that was made for us by The Olive Branch. I had a lovely bouqet and flowers spread throughout the location. It was so very beautiful. We couldn't believe what they accomplished on such a small budget. These are very sincere people and really care about what you want and how you feel. Thanks Olive Branch for such a wonderful, easy experience

    Bob and his team did a great job. All of the cords were neatly hidden away and the lights look great! They seem to be firmly attached so I'm not worried about them coming down with a little wind. It has rained a LOT since I accepted the estimate and I was out of town for a few days but Blue Sky still got to my job in a reasonable amount of time. While Bob was installing my lights he noticed water standing in my gutter due to leaves clogging the downspout so he cleaned out my gutter for me too! That was above and beyond the call of duty. I've put up my lights by myself the past few years and I wasn't sure I wanted to spend a couple hundred dollars to have someone else do it. However, I'm not that comfortable on a ladder (even though I only have a 1-story house) and this task was getting harder and harder for me to do so I decided to give Blue Sky a try. I'm so glad I did, it was well worth the money. My lights have never gone up so quickly and looked so good. I will defnitely be hiring them to do my lights again next year

    They cleaned all of my windows, both inside and outside. They also cleaned the glass screen on my fire place, and did Christmas decoration for me. They came when they said they were going to come. They were very professional, careful, and did not break anything. They were very thorough, and quality of work was very good.     He comes out and cleans my window a couple times a year and does a great job of cleaning up afterwards. He also helps hang the Christmas lights on our roof and cleans out the gutters in the fall. He is a one man show but does a great job

    Because there was only one man, I felt like I had to keep going outside to check on him to ensure his safety when he was on our roof. He was very personable but talked too much and worked slowly; therefor price went up. Don't talk to him.

    After paying for the service through one of the deals, I felt they couldn't provide the service in a timely manner as promised. They seemed overwhelmed and too busy. It took multiple visits before the lights were actually hung. After the lights were installed, they looked very nice. But they kept kicking off our circuit breaker. I was told by the electrician that they put all of the lights on one outlet and they should not have. I can't confirm if this was true or not but I've had an electrician look at our electrical output and our breaker box and he has assured me there are no problems with it. We've had no problems with it or other lights since

    At first, everything was great. I called, spoke with a customer service rep who was very friendly, and set an appointment for a rep to come give us an estimate on the lights. He was on time, friendly, very thorough, and very professional. The price he quoted us was more than fair and I called immediately to schedule installation of the lights. From there, everything else was a nightmare. They told us they would be at our house between 8AM and 12 on the day I set the appointment. I took off work, and waited. They called that morning to say they would be there between 11 and 12 because they had to finish a job from the day before. I told them "no problem," and went about my morning. They then called around 12:30 or 1 to say they were still running late and still working on the other house and it would be a little longer, but that they PROMISED they would get our house finished that day, and again I told them that was no big deal. They called around 1:30 to let me know they were on their way, and showed up at 3 or 3:30, finally, after calling to let me know that they were stuck in traffic due to an accident and promising for a third or fourth time that they would get our house finished that day. It started to rain about 1.2-2 hours into the installation, so they shut down, with the work half finished and the lights hanging off the house, and promised to come back and finish within the next couple days. We were fine with that as we understand that stuff happens and the last thing we want is for anyone to be unsafe. I received a call the next morning telling me that they would be there the following morning between 9 and 11. The next morning, 11:00 came and went without so much as a phone call. I began making phone calls to the company around 11:30 and was unable to reach anyone until around 4, when a Customer Service Rep picked up but couldn't really do anything except attempt to call the people I had already called and failed to reach. Finally, around 6 that night we get a phone call saying we should have been under the understanding that they weren't coming back for a couple more days, despite the fact that I was told on the phone that they WOULD be there that morning--and they basically no-showed us. At this point we were just ready to have them take down the lights that were up and give us our money back, but we were PROMISED again that they would be there at 10 am on the dot the next morning, that the job would be finished, and that they would throw up some extra lights for our trouble. So 10 am the next morning comes and goes, and we get a call saying they are runningbehind (shocker!) and that they would be there between 11 and 12. 12 comes and goes and we hear nothing from anyone. I finally call someone around 2 and they tell me "they are almost there." They show up at 3, because "almost" apparently means "an hour away," just as we are on our way out of town for the evening. We come back the next day, and the lights are up, but they didn't hang the agreed upon (and paid for) amount of wreaths. So we were once again promised that they will be out "tomorrow" to hang the wreath that we paid for as per our contract, but we aren't going to hold our breath on that one. Long story short, I understand that "things happen," but we were fed excuse after excuse after excuse and they were 4-5 hours later than quoted, when they did show up at all, and I not only would not use them but I probably won't bother putting lights on the house again if it is going to be this much of a headache
