"They were always on time. &nbsp;I believe they have top quality awnings and hardware. &nbsp;They don't overpromise re: time because the hardware we bought came from Italy. &nbsp;They make the awnings themselves and that takes time too. &nbsp;When all parts were ready, they called and scheduled installation. &nbsp;Again they were on time and did a nice job and hid all the wiring needed (for retraction, remote control). &nbsp;Awning also has a motion sensor. <br /> <br /> <br />show more

"Once they got to our home, the work itself was done well and those that performed the work were professional and helpful.&nbsp; The work supervisor, Buddy was very helpful and accomodating.&nbsp;Really enjoyed working with him.&nbsp; &nbsp;My frustration came in with the project manager.&nbsp; I reached out around June 19th or so.&nbsp; Didn't hear anything from anyone so I emailed again on June 26th. Finally met with him on or around July 11th.&nbsp; Duirng that time, we had made some changes but didn't get the estimate on the work until Aug 12th with an apology for the delay.&nbsp; Going back to the emails, I think I have&nbsp;6 &quot;apologies for the delay&quot; emails.&nbsp; Work finally began on or about Sept 1.&nbsp; Adjustments needed to be made to the bill but I never got the new invoice.&nbsp; I had to reach out in November to get the final. I received the final invoice in December.&nbsp; <br /> I again reached out to Andrew Roby for siding work.&nbsp; Reached out in January, sent some pictures to the project manager and never heard back until March at which point I finally received an invoice on additional carpentry repair that&nbsp;was done in December&nbsp;&nbsp;.&nbsp; At that point I told them to never mind and informed him that I would no longer be using them. <br /> While I do appreciate the work they did and the work was done well, the overall responsiveness by the project manager made me go elsewhere.&nbsp; I got the feeling that the handy man work I was asking for may have been too small for this company, in which case, they should have mentioned up front.&nbsp; If you don't mind waiting forever for things to happen, you'll be happy.&nbsp; Again, the work itself was done well and the folks that came out were great. <br />show more
