The price for the rug would have been higher if I had let them take the rug back to their shop. The representatives were prompt. They also gave me an estimate for cleaning the ceramic tile throughout my house. I am going to make a follow up appointment and have the ceramic tile cleaned. The company has a $99 minimum for upholstery cleaning and a $200 minimum for ceramic tile cleaning. They also charge a $7 trip fee. The company exceeded my expectations in service and quality. The price was well worth it

They came promptly at the agreed upon time and took the rugs and chairs. They returned these items a few days later as they had stated they would. I was very pleased with the results. A few weeks later, I called them again to clean a stone floor and the grout. They came out to give me an estimate and do the job a few days later. (I had given them the square footage of the space before they came.) The workman was very prompt, very polite and efficient. Once again, I was very pleased with the results

I chose W & S Professional Carpet Cleaners based on the excellent reviews regarding their professionalism and quality of work. I called to leave a message about the work I needed done. Mrs. Arrington returned my call promptly. She was most helpful - answering my questions and quoting the cost of the job. We set the appointment. They arrived right on time, assessed the situation and went to work. I told them I did not expect miracles as the furniture and carpet are old. First, they cleaned the furniture then moved it so they could clean the carpet. After finishing the carpet, they moved the furniture back into place taking care to put foam blocks under the furniture legs. The carpet and furniture were not wet - only damp. (Past experience with a different cleaning service left the carpet and furniture soaking wet). When they finished cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised that the old furniture and old carpet looked amazingly clean and almost new again! After the carpet had dried, a couple spots appeared. I called Mrs. Arrington to ask if there was anything that could be done about the spots given the age of the carpet. She was very nice and said they would be glad to come back out and look at it. Mr. Arrington came back and cheerfully cleaned the areas. The experience far exceeded my expectations beginning with the initial contact to the end of the cleaning process. W & S Professional Carpet Cleaners is a top notch company. Mr. and Mrs. Arrington do quality work with an emphasis on customer service. Thank you for a job well done! I will definitely use them in the future and have recommended them to others

"Provided team to clean up, removed damaged /soiled items including walls, floors, kitchen cabinets, bath fixtures and furniture. Team removed furniture and stored basement items to an outside area so that we could choose what we wanted to try and save. Bedroom furniture had spindle legs and was not water damaged but did have mold from the moisture. Team removed and cleaned mold off of furniture so that it could be still be usable.
