Great job at a price of about half of what I paid the first time I had this rug cleaned a few years ago. I have dogs of my own who occasionally have accidents and also dog sit for family members whose dogs are NOT housebroken and this very large and very expensive rug was so badly soiled with dog urine, I thought I was going to have to trash it. Chem Dry made it as good as new again. I was so pleased with their service that when they delivered this rug back to me, I had them pick up a second rug for them to also clean.

They did an excellent job cleaning my six rugs. They looked new when they were returned to me. The owner, David, was very professional and did exactly what I instructed him to do. I have some sensitivity to perfumes, harsh detergents (fumes can bother me after being cleaned) and other things, so they used only their cleaning method which consists of just water and a very mild detergent that is vegetable based, I believe. I really have no complaint other than I wish the service was a bit cheaper, but then again, you get what you pay for. Overall, I was very pleased with Chem Dry and I would use them again. —-Janet Chitty

Called to come early from a cancellation. Arrived on time. Very polite and eager to provide service. Sold a nice protective product for my rugs and was well aware of the coupon offer and price already paid. His name was Anger and that her was! Just the way I would like all service to be attended to in my home - pleasant, happy to be doing the service, on time and good service of cleaning. My rugs look lovely and restored to original newness.

I have been very pleased with them. The price is based on the size of the room. One person came out to complete the service and it only took him about an hour and 15 minutes. They were punctual. They explained the service and were able to complete it quickly. I was very pleased with the results.

Christopher and Byron arrived in the time slot specified.  They were the same two gentlemen who had given us the quote last week.  We walked through the rooms again and Christopher explained what would be done.  They went to work immediately following the walk through and vacuumed then cleaned each room.  They had to move some very heavy furniture in the process but did so without any problem.  The estimate had been 4-6 hours to complete the job and they finished in 4 1/2.  They were professional and business like in all of their dealings.  The cost was exactly what the estimate was.  I had used another Chem-Dry franchise in another state and received the same high quality service.  I will definitely use again and recommend this company to my neighbors.

Excellent.  Because my job was so piecemeal, I used the 15% off coupon.  When I called to get more information, the woman who answered answered all the questions I had about the company and their unique cleaning techniques.  Shewas able to provide an estimate of my job and schedule me on the day I wanted.  The day before, I received an email telling me what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare, which was nice.  My technicians, Michael and his son Alex, called prior to coming and arrived on time.  They were professional, efficient, and personable and were able to give me the exact cost of the job prior to beginning the work.  Everything looks wonderful, and my allergies immediately improved.  I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends and will definitely use them in the future.
