"Very friendly, but critically amateur. Took dust samples from the center/most trafficked parts of each room (inaccurate); threw all the samples into the same bag (cross-contamination). He didn't have any 'official' equipment for bagging the paint chip samplesâ ended up using a discarded ziploc bag that may or may not have been from his lunch that day. The worst offense was finding out after getting results back that he had no idea which sample went to which room, as he did not write this information down. That was the whole job. I asked for a partial refund (despite deserving a full refund) and after initially denying the request, he offered $32 back of the $293 total, because quote: "[he's] a reasonable man." This is not a legitimate business."

"I had a black mold problem at my home. The evaluator gave me a price before any work was done. The crew simply went above and beyond the call of duty in the remedial process. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 15! Every member of the crew was extremely hard working, from Wilbur down to his 14 year old grandson. I like dealing with small, local, business, and I consider myself most fortunate and blessed to have found Will Hull and crew.
