Up to the point where they were about to come here everything had been very good communication and I really appreciated what they had to offer, but we decided not to install an antenna. We considered getting rid of our cable and going with an antenna. So I had done a whole lot of different research before we settled on them. We settled on them mainly because of Angie's List and what it had to say and all. So when we got to them I expected they were going to do pretty much what they did and we were very satisfied.     I actually struggled quite a bit trying to find someone who could recommend, sell and install an antenna to me searching via google & the web. I lucked out by looking at Angies and found Elite. Will Howe was very well informed and had significant experience with antenna's. He recommended what he thought would work best for the best price. Installation was well done and he set it up so two TV's would access the antenna. Picture looks great and it's nice to not pay cable fees, granted there are much fewer channel available over the air. Will offered to come out if any problems surface including "upsizing" the antenna if I ever choose to do that. He knew his stuff and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him

    I contacted Will and Elite Touch Installation actually through the Service Magic Website because I wasn't able to bring up anyone local through the Angie's List Website. Will contacted me back that day; leaving a professional message and return phone number. I called him back the same day and told him what I was looking for. By the next day he called me back with an antenna and amplifier solution that would accommodate my home and situation. The day the install was supposed to happen, we were receiving the most rain that this area has seen in 20 months, so of course it wasn't a good day for him to get on my roof. I was contacted by him on Sunday though asking if I was available that day for the install and I was, so it worked out. Will showed up promptly, on time and ready to start the install. I like everything about the install. The antenna and placement are barely visible for the front of my home and are picking up stations over 30 miles away. I am located in Georgetown and I can get stations from both Austin and Temple/Waco without issue. The picture is as good as the Direct TV system it is replacing. Overall I am getting 26 HD channels and 1 analog. The best thing is that starting this week I no longer have a cable bill but still have access of HD channels. Will was in and out of our house in a little more than 2 hours; I am extremely happy with his choice of antenna for our house and quality of the install of the cable on the outside of our house. Will even needed to add an amplifier to our setup and was able to make it happen with the cheaper of the two amps, thus saving me money again. I would recommend Will and Elite Touch Installation for anyone wanting to cut the cable for their home and save big. For the cost of 2-3 months of what Direct TV was charging me, I now have the HDTV access for free. Thanks Will..

    Will Howes was prompt and professional. He was patient with my questions and allowed me to try the cell phone base unit in different locations of the house in order to produce the best results. I sent him the requirements specified by my HOA and he shopped for the best products to suit my needs while remaining in spec with these requirements. Will made sure all of my TV's were able to access the antenna and that I understood how to switch between TV reception and other functions on all 3 of the TV's before he left

    Such professionals. Such good attitudes. The owner, Will, responded to my call within hours. Though my project was small compared to the type of work Will does, the next day he sent Ronnie, a gallant and very capable installer who, in spite of the 100 degree weather out there, managed to install in my attic, the antenna I had bought. He did this very quickly, pointing in the precise signal direction to get all the general channels including FOX!!! on both of my TVs. Ronnie did this in a short amount of time and very efficiently.We were tired of paying cable/satellite bills just to get good reception. Our solution was to buy an antenna (which Will can also provide) and pay a pro to install it properly. All worth it in the long run

Installed 4 underground pipes to reduce water runoff and took our idea for 2 paths and created a beautiful final result.     They did this job with 2.5 people in about 5 hours, which shocked me. John, the owner, always assesses every decision carefully and communicates the options and tradeoffs for aesthetics vs. functionality. Chris and Denver know what they are doing and can do their work carefully. They cleaned up well before they left and used drop cloths for wallboard cutting to minimize dust. We knew that there was some risk to cutting into wallboard, because you never know what's behind it, and we had a couple of unlucky encounters with studs, but there was no way around that. We can put small patches on those places fairly easily
