Mr. Culberson addressed the issues with our TVs and reception. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I called him and he responded immediately and corrected all issues. I Would definitely ask him to help me with all my future audio and video needs. Thank you

Contacted 4 companies on Angies List and two responded. I called Culbertson first and after speaking with Randy on the phone (easy to get ahold of too), I didn't bother calling the other company. You would think an antenna replacement wouldn't be that challenging but this one was, with a VERY steep pitched A-frame roof -- doubt Randy had a lot of fun on this one, but with a good sense of humor, got the job done with no complaints. TV mounted looks great too.

Randy is an old time professional antenna installer. Comes in the house, looks and round to get idea of what he needs to do and then does it. Wastes no time in getting work done. All parts, etc he needs to use are load in his truck so makes a quick job of getting the install done. TV Picture now is really short and clear and sound much clearer and louder that direct tv. Would hire again.

Randy came out and installed my antenna in McKinney, TX.  I was able to get 66 channels clearly and Randy called to follow up with me after the install to make sure I was satisfied.  Great deal for the work done.

Randy showed up exactly on time after driving to Hurst from Rockwall. He was very courteous and professional. He did exactly what I asked of him and was excellent at explaining what problems that might be encountered. There were no problems and now I have dumped satellite and have a sharper picture than ever before. I have recommended Randy to my family and neighbors.

Our wireless HDMI no longer worked.  I called Randy on Friday, and he was able to come out first thing Saturday morning.  He communicated exactly when he would be here, and arrived on time.  He explained what the problem was and provided us with available options, including recommendations for the most cost-effective solution.  Randy fixed the problem within an hour, was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgable, and cost efficient.  He will definitely be our "go-to" service provider from now on!  HIGHLY recommend!

We bought a neglected, 40-year old house late last year, so we've used a lot of various services/contractors. Most have been ok at best.  However, Randy is one of the better ones.  Being such an old house, TV outlets were scarce. Naturally, we wanted our TV at the opposite end of the house from when the best antenna placement would be. Randy come out on time, ran through the options, and got to work.  Due to the house construction, Randy ran into a few issues.  Each time, he gave me a couple options, and explained what and why he would do if it was his house.  A couple hours later we had a new HD TV antenna installed, and an outlet right where we needed it.  All with the cable running in the attic and not around the outside of the house as it had been before.  Wife is happy with the look of the install, I'm happy with the quality.

I explained to Mr. Culberson that we had never used cable TV service. We rely on the commercial stations for news and streaming video services for our entertainment. I mentioned that at our previous location, we had simply plugged a specific cable into our antenna lead and were able to receive commercial TV stations. However, our home owners' association bans the use of external antennas. Mr. Culberson said, "Let me get a part from my truck." He came back with a set of rabbit ears antenna, plugged it in to our external antenna lead and we magically had our commercial TV reception! He explained that he knew the TV signals were very strong in our geographic location and so, decided to give the rabbit ears a try. Mr. Culbertson was on time, extremely experienced, and very courteous.  I had an FM reception problem, and he checked my entire FM reception system.  He fully answered all of my questions, and carefully showed me what was involved.  He found the problem with my FM reception, and he fully corrected it.  I would hire him again in a heartbeat.  Thank you, Angie's List.

I had decided to cut the cord (cable and satellite).  I needed an HD antenna installed for local channels.  Randy gave me a quote, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job of not only installing the equipment, but also helping me set up my TVs on the new system.  Quality of work was excellent and the price was very reasonable.   I highly recommend Randy.

I sent a message via Angie's List at 7am and had a response from Randy at 7:20am. Explained the work I needed done and Randy said he could be out by 9a. Randy arrived on time. I showed him what I needed done and he got right to work. Everything was done by 10A. Randy was great to work with, very professional with a great attitude. I will definitely use Culberson TV again.

Randy was prompt in calling me back as well as when he showed up. I had an estimate from another guy that was lower, but Randy seemed to know more about what he was doing. He was in and out of my house in about an hour and a half. This work would have taken me all day, and I probably wouldn't have gotten it right. The antenna is still working good. The only thing that could have made the experience better was a cost break down on the cost of the antenna, wires, splitters, and labor. For $350 I wasn't going to argue for that as everything was (and is still) working. Overall, I would recommend this guy. He knows what he is doing. Save yourself some frustration and have Randy install your antenna.

I spoke with 4 companies and sent e-mails [unanswered] to 2 other companies when I was pricing around.
At my initial contact, Mr. Culberson was unable to set a schedule because he was on vacation. I then contacted another antenna installer and was not happy with the lack of follow-up [I prepared and submitted a review for that company]. I re-contacted Mr. Culberson and negotiated a date for his initial inspection of our house/chimney. Though Mr. Culberson's initial recommendation was to use a tripod stand to secure the antenna mast he was happy to accommodate my preference; and locate installation hardware to attach the antenna to our chimney with metal straps.
The antenna cable wire was routed through one of the attic fan openings to connect to the existing house cable wiring in our attic-no new roof holes ;and gt;) Mr. Culberson reviewed the house cable wires at the old DishTV and DirectTV satellite dish locations [they are still attached to our roof] and made sure the TV signal went to all the TV outlets we have.
Last step, Mr. Culberson reminded me to re-program our 2 TV's by going into the TV menu and doing an auto-search for new channels. With the new antenna, we are now getting over 90 and quot;over the airand quot; channels-of course we won't be watching them all; Mr. Culberson advised us to have the TV de-select showing of the channels that we will not be watching. If I needed him to re-program our TV's, I'm sure that Mr. Culberson would have!
Final mentions, the first time Mr. Culberson entered our house, he took his shoes off [hooray!] before stepping on our carpets-didn't even have to ask him to do it [we don't wear shoes when walking on our carpets]. He was very polite at every interaction. His price wasn't the lowest nor the highest. Nice guy.

Randy Culberson was very nice, friendly, and professional. He was very flexible on scheduling the appointment and arrived early. I had described the problem as a low signal for channel 8 (WFAA) resulting from a storm a week ago that I thought had caused my antenna to move slightly. Randy got up on my 2 story roof and found the antenna still pointed perfectly at the right degree. He moved it to verify that if it was shifted the signal got worse and then put it back at the precise position. He then came into the house to trouble shoot the problem. He identified a low signal even though I had installed a pre-amp. The pre-amp wouldn't boost the signal enough. He went to his vehicle and brought in an amplifier that boosted the signal to 100% which solved the problem. He told me I could purchase one from any where and install it. I asked if I could just purchase the one he had placed to verify it would solve the problem and he said yes, but I could purchase one elsewhere if I preferred. I purchased the one he had already installed and I am very satisfied with it. He was one of the most honest people I have had come perform service on a problem. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely would use him again..

Randy was able to do this project on a 1 day notice. Randy has always been punctual and has provide a value service and installation as if he was spending his own money and installing the equipment at his own house. Randy will allow you to spend or do what you want but he will also tell you where he thinks you are making a mistake or where he thinks you can save money without compromising quality. Randy has done work at my offices setting up projectors and screens for a training room as well as my house. I will not use anyone else.
