Today, John arrived at our house when he said he would and spent a lot of time understanding what happened during the power surge.  He gave us peace of mind because he said that our problems would dissipate after our city repaired the power lines.  He didn't charge us for the service visit because there was nothing he could fix.  I appreciated him so much for being honest and just telling me there was nothing he could do other than hire a plumber to fix the copper pipes.

On a previous occasion, John rewired four rooms in our house.  He updated the 1920s knob and tube to a modern electrical system.  This was a huge undertaking as the old wiring was still intact and a major fire-hazard.   We haven't experienced any problems since he rewired our four rooms about a year ago.  We will definitely use his services when we have to rewire other rooms in the near future.  We appreciate his punctuality and professionalism.  We highly recommend him!

I have hired A & S Electric INC to come to my house to do some wiring. He was there when he said he would be had the job done in a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. His rates are fair I would hire him again and I do recommend him.

My electricity was going off in my kennel. This was a dangerous situation for my dogs in this Texas Heat. A&S responded and ran dedicated lines to fix the problem. Awesome job!

They did this job with 2.5 people in about 5 hours, which shocked me. John, the owner, always assesses every decision carefully and communicates the options and tradeoffs for aesthetics vs. functionality. Chris and Denver know what they are doing and can do their work carefully. They cleaned up well before they left and used drop cloths for wallboard cutting to minimize dust. We knew that there was some risk to cutting into wallboard, because you never know what's behind it, and we had a couple of unlucky encounters with studs, but there was no way around that. We can put small patches on those places fairly easily.

They were very professional. They were very reliable. They were very up-front about the cost estimate. They got the job done in a shorter amount of time than what they predicted it would take.
