I had purchased wrong parts and he went out and got the correct things that we should have purchased in the first place. The only issue I had was that seal on one of the weatherstrip doors still had light coming through after he had left. "It's weird to say "I had a regular locksmith", but I did. He retired. And recently, a lock I had broke and got stuck locked. I was referred to A&E by my former locksmith. They were communicative and polite. I expected to have to replace the lock, but it was able to be repaired/rebuilt and I was assured the problem shouldn't happen again. I also got key copies made. All in all, I'm happy with the service and think I have a new locksmith :-).
