Chastity Lock and Key

As a real estate broker and investor I have had to rekey properties numerous times. I used Mr Rekey in the past with good results but, this time they were unresponsive and never returned my calls. He did a really nice thing for me. I would definitely recommend that guy. My daughter has her own home and he changed all the locks and keys. He did that work for her and she was really very happy with him. He was prompt, reasonably priced and all that stuff and so she recommended him to me because I had  a front door , door lock system that had come apart.  He was exactly right, can you imagine verbally telling someone how to fix a lock. He did it and he was very clear. I told him, 'Okay let me do this, I will call you back if it doesn't work or if it does work'. It took me about 5 minutes and I fixed it.  When I called him, he answered the phone. He was responsive.

Bill arrived on time and as promised. We had three bolt-cutter proof padlocks on our PODS storage units and needed them removed so we could begin moving into our new house. Bill first tried to pick the lock (least expensive option), but when that didn't work out, he had to cut them off, which he did without damaging the PODS themselves. When two of our POD deliveries were delayed until the late afternoon, Bill re-arranged his schedule so that he could make two visits, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, to complete the work. After the lock removal, he completely re-keyed 7 doors in our house in less than thirty minutes. He was very friendly, professional and courteous, and we would absolutely use him again or recommend him to others.

Bill came within couple of days after I called, arrived on time, completed his work efficiently and quickly. Gave helpful advice on security. Would use him again and recommend his services.
