Austin Light Speed Locksmith

I used Google to find a locksmith, and I came across an ad for Austin Light Speed Locksmith that advertised $15 for its services, but I was hit with a bill of $145 after the locksmith started working on my door. He kept wanting to make ridiculously priced up charges like $50 for each new lock when I could buy two for $25 at Home Depot.   When he arrived, his drill was not charged, so he was having a heck of a time drilling through the door knob, which meant he spent over an hour trying to get into my apartment.   He also could not successfully pick the lock or use the key gun he had to open my doors, which forced him to drill through the back door before having to try the front door. So, I had to replace the back door lock unnecessarily.  The locksmith who arrived and worked on my door clearly did not know what he was doing and had me write the check out to him. Austin Light Speed Locksmith obviously outsources their work to random technicians who lack the skill and ability to do a professional job, and they charge fees far in advance of what they advertise.   Save your time and money and hire a professional service like Pop A Lock or somebody else you trust. My friend was able to pick my front door apartment, so why couldn't a professional locksmith? This makes no sense, and this service cost me so much money, time, and energy than I thought I would spend. I don't mind paying for quality service, but that's not what I got here.
