    We have been loyal customers of Austin Window Fashions since moving to Texas in 2003. They have provided excellent service and products. Our Hunter Douglas Duette Veriglide for the large sliding glass door broke after 13 years. After considering shutters and other options, we decided to order a new Veriglide. Our Austin Window Fashions' representative was honest and courteous. She gave us a good price and was accurate on the time of delivery. The installers, Jason and Travis, were courteous and gave us good advice on the care and maintenance of the Veriglide. They arrived on time, took down the old Duette and installed the new one in less than one hour. They cleaned the area of all debris. This was another good experience with Austin Window Fashions

    They were here right away. He was great. He did not pressure me at all. He laid it all out for me and said here is what I could do for you. He did say that we were basically squared away. We were showing him a kitchen layout and asked him what he thought. He gave us a couple of ideas that worked out really well. He was really good and it was a good interaction. He came up with ideas pretty quick. He was knowledgeable enough to give us a realistic idea of what was possible. He was very professional, polite and easy going. He definitely was not trying to hustle anybody. He was 15 minutes late. He was super cool and it was not awkward at all. I liked Dirk. I would use them again

    I am an interior designer and had two closets designed for a client and ordered these in December 2020. It is august of 2021 and the closet still is not done. The rep Mariana we worked it was beyond incompetent and unprofessional, not to mention entitled and very cold and impersonal. We paid over $10000 for these very small closets and they have done nothing but provide an untimely, faulty design, shotty workmanship and poor overall customer service- from the rep, to the installers, to the scheduling manager. It’s all been a horrible experience. We have tried to escalate the situation to management, just to find them over stretched , and though polite for a change, have gotten zero done to help our situation. Still hoping to wrap this up within the year but who knows. Stay far far away

Everything she picked went well together and I think it will come together beautifully when it is finished. After everything was selected and ordered, she would continue to provide advice via email for all the small choices, i.e., should the floor tile pattern be diagonal or straight. Kris really helped to keep me from being overwhelmed by all the options available, and she worked within my budget. She was also very comfortable to work with and be around

From that she was able to tell me how to turn my outdated (as far as I was concerned) entertainment center into a focal point of my Great room. She also told us how to brighten our cabinets, showing us with pictures to help us determine what color really worked for us. Waiting now for our new shades and draperies that we ordered with her help. If we couldn’t get the matching color of our other windows she showed us prints that would also work.     Everything came out perfect. Daniel designed a contemporary home that is functional and highly usable, while also breathtaking to look at and live in. The house is placed perfectly on the lot to take advantage of views and to reduce cooling costs. You would think a 3,400 square foot home with over 40 windows, zero blinds, and black colored stucco would be expensive to cool. Now the amazing part- despite many 100 degree days, July 2016 electric bill was only $203 and June 2016 was only $166. How does it get any better than that

I think for all of the work they did, I paid a fair price. They did not deviate from the initial quote. The only thing that could have been better would be if they would have taken the empty boxes downstairs to our garage to throw away (I did not ask though). I would use them again and recommend to friends. It was worth the money not to have to assemble this furniture myself! <br /

We met with Brianna in our home and told her exactly what we wanted to do and how we wanted to "feel" in our home. In just a couple weeks time, she put together a 3d model of our entire home.     Matt, along with one of his managers Chase, was responsive to all our questions before starting the job. At first, I was put off by the upfront payment (100% Materials and 50% Labor even before material is ordered), but in the end it was a non-issue. The finished look and professionalism on site and "doing what he said he would do" was 100% satisfaction. His pricing was competitive, using high quality products all around. We did not have a roofing or gutter emergency, but flush with Uncle Sam cash, decided this was a good time to replace the 16 year old, leaky-in-spots, 3-tab roof which 3 companies agreed had a couple years left. I'm extremely skeptical - to the point I have lost contractors and a realtor who get tired of my doubts and drilling, but Matt was glad to speak on behalf of his company and the crews he uses. Ultimately, we'll have to see what happens if there is a problem in the next 10 years (workmanship) or 50 years (shingles), but until he gives me reason to doubt, I give Prime Management the Gold Star.
