I rarely book anyone without doing a walkthrough and giving an actual estimate, Sylvia agreed with that when we spoke. Some clients minimize the task to get a better rate but when I arrived I was upfront and told Sylvia this will take much more than she originally mentioned- and she pleasantly responded: I am okay with whatever it takes! And she agreed to the price. She mentioned she will run errands and will be back shortly and before I am finished, told her it would. She mentioned she will run errands and will be back shortly and before I am finished, told her it would take 4-5 hours and she does not need to come back if she could not that I could just bill her if she needed to get other stuff done with the card on file, she said okay and thank you. After 5-6 hours, I finished and left. If you broke a glass or you had screws or anything that could cause harm or damage to people walking through your home, would you not warn them to be careful, especially if they are not visible to the naked eye planted in high thread carpet Sylvia did not do that and I did not charge her for the damage when I gave her the option to pay for it. Sylvia mentioned how unhappy she was with the sellers cleaning services and I was basically hired to redo what they already have done and do much deeper cleaning than was done. I took the stove apart piece by piece, I wiped down drawers and inside of the cabinets, there is nothing I did not wipe down in both dry and wet method. I washed the mirrors not just sprayed them just like I would do windows. The rough estimate was for basic daily cleaning, this was not basic daily cleaning; this was deep cleaning. Call around and see how much they charge, and if they under charge, see if you will be pleased or if they would even come back to do the same thing for the same price."
