Hunter and Johnny were both knowledgeable and efficient, straightforward and easy to talk to (at a time when we were shaken and very uncertain!). They walked us through a multi-step plan to completely dry out our basement (while protecting the furniture and antiques), to repair and replace damaged sheetrock and baseboards, and finally to clean up the site and restore it to its pre-flood condition. The cost for everything was clearly explained and they left us with everything we needed to claim their services on our insurance. "The damage to the home was caused by a third party, installing a washer and breaking a pipe. Water damage in multiple rooms. Peach Pro came right away and worked 5 days assessing damage, pulling up wet stuff, drying everything and treating to prevent mold. They were professional, knowledgeable and nice. Every step taken was explained so that we were fully understanding of the process. Geoff (owner) was beyond patient in waiting for payment. I had to work with this third parties insurance and they were dragging their feet at every turn. We eventually turned it over to homeowners to get things done, but Geoff waited almost 3 months for payment. He was understanding of the process I was going through, but certainly above and beyond in working through this with me. I appreciate the work that was done and the patience from Geoff. While I hope II never need this kind of work again, I know who to call if I do."
