Tidal Wave Response helped us navigate an unexpected flood that could have ruined irreplaceable family heirlooms and antiques, had they not responded so quickly! Hunter and Johnny were both knowledgeable and efficient, straightforward and easy to talk to (at a time when we were shaken and very uncertain!). They walked us through a multi-step plan to completely dry out our basement (while protecting the furniture and antiques), to repair and replace damaged sheetrock and baseboards, and finally to clean up the site and restore it to its pre-flood condition. The cost for everything was clearly explained and they left us with everything we needed to claim their services on our insurance. Their website states "Call Now – We'll Be Right Over, which couldn't be more true!" We were amazed at how quickly they arrived when we called! I give my highest recommendation to Tidal Wave Response!

Warning I do not recommend Tidal Wave Response. Due to fraudulent, unethical insurance practices! This company is not honest; be careful; they will try to illegally expand your claim! Never sign an AOB (Assignment of Benefits) over to them. Which is a contract they will try to get you to sign so they can commit fraud! The scam company is very shady! Do not walk. Run!

Tidal Wave really came through for us when we had a major leak in our home, John Meyer came in and gave us peace of mind and he really took care of everything! We are extremely pleased with the restoration of the home and highly recommend Tidal Wave to do the mitigation and restoration work.

Company handled all facets of damage repair, including reflooring and painting. Project coordinator insured follow through and satisfaction. Also, communication was prompt and responsive.

(mitigation supervisor) was great at getting the project started and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns regarding the work to be done. If I could rate him via stars,I would give him five stars. The crews always arrived on time, were polite,and worked diligently. We highly recommend Tidal Wave Response! Johnny came out late last night to assess a failed water heater that flooded our finished basement. He coordinated with Mr. Rooter Plumbing to have a plumber dispatched at 11:45PM who confirmed the water was shut off and put some emergency repairs in place to ensure no further damage would occur. This morning at 7:10 AM (20 minutes earlier than expected) the Tidal Wave Response team was on site at our house. They assessed the damage, and assisted us in contacting our home owners insurance company to create our insurance claim. They preformed the tear out of water damaged materials, setup the ventilation equipment and treated the water damaged area to prevent contaminations. All oft his work was completed within 3 hours. Mr. Rooter was pulling in just as the Tidal Wave Response crew was pulling out. The water heater was replaced within 2 hours and we have our water services fully restored. We are completely satisfied with professionalism of Tidal Wave Response. The crew will return in two days to reassess the areas and begin working on the restorations. Tidal Wave Response delivers as promised.

I brought on Tidal Wave to do water remediation, demolition and re-installation of damaged flooring. What wasn't made clear to me by Tidal Wave and the reason for the loss of one star, is they prefer to work directly with your insurance company rather than through the home owner. That may be desirable for some, but not for me nor my situation. I did end up having them complete the remediation but due to their intractability on providing an estimate for the repair work, I decided to look elsewhere for completion of the project. They were very communicative for most of the work time and did a good job of the remediation.

The owner of the business went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his company.

The drain blockage grew to a major sewer line replacement. It was appreciated that they showed me the problems as they were found.

$350-$400 to snake a drain seems to be the going rate. Seems a little high but if the jobs done fast and efficiently the price doesn’t hurt too much. No complaints.

The carpet install went fine. I would recommend them.
