- Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & ElectricalI called Reliable when my AC went out. A service rep reviewed the situation and told me that the coil was leaking and I would need a new system. The same day, a sales rep came to my home and worked with me to get a system that would be affordable and sufficient to work in my home. The installation was done by Greg McDaniel and Clayton Bailey, who were both very professional and polite. The installation took less time that I had expected, and they did a wonderful job. Before they left, they made sure I knew how to operate my new thermostat and took away the old system and any debris. My new system works wonderfully; it is more efficient and quieter than the old one. I would recommend Reliable and plan to call them for any services that are necessary in the future

While changing out the coil on the unit in the attic he noticed and brought to my attention a mold colony inside of the plenum and showed me a section that was covered in mold. After seeing this I also scheduled another appt for Reliable (hopefully Torri will be the tech ) to come back out in a couple of days to replace the plenum as well. Thank you Torri for an excellent job. The upstairs in our house is now cool and comfortable and we are ready for the hot Atlanta summer

They were on time and were able to do the job earlier than scheduled. They made sure that everything was understood from the operation of the furnace to the operation of the thermostat. They also showed possible signs of failure of the A/C unit, what would need to be fixed in the future ,and why the furnace died out. Overall, they were great technicians who did the job well and made sure the customer was satisfied with the job
