- LEES SCREEN SERVICEHaving used Lee's service before to clean structure, repair torn screens and being delighted with his responsiveness, I called to find out if his men could remove the accumulated leaves and pine straw that was in the joined areas of enclosure and roof gutters. I normally would do this challenging task but was unable to due to recent injury. His men arrived in a timely fashion, review ALL areas to make sure they cleaned all affected areas and performed the task in a complete and timely fashion. With the roof pitch and height of the structure, it was important that safety was paramount and also having them covered by their own insurance I did not concern myself about repercussions as I would if I had another non-licensed group do it. They cleaned up the debris that was blown and swept off the structure and completed the job to my satisfaction

The window screens look like new. He cleaned up the his work area , leaving no trace of all he had done. We were in the process of moving and had a short window open to get an estimate regarding several jobs we wanted done. Darrell showed up on time, and went through our home with us listening to what we wanted done and offering suggestions when asked. We received an estimate from Darrell within two days. The original start date for the projects was to be in June, but we had a chance to return earlier, and so we contacted Darrell and asked if it would be possible for him to begin one project in May. Darrell worked with us to make that happen. When we arrived at our house, we had a problem with our water, and even though we contacted him around 7:00 in the evening, and it had nothing to do with him in any way, who found a plumber to come help us out that night? Darrell did. Darrell and his crew arrived on time on the agreed upon date , and began working. They were courteous,considerate, experienced, and professional. They have a wonderful work ethic and completed the job on time. It looks beautiful , and we are looking forward to working with Darrell and his crew on our next project

Monty called back right away and left his own voice mail message to let me know that since they are already serving as many people as they can, they will not be taking on any new customers at this time. I returned his call to let him know I did very much appreciate his letting me know about Smart Repairs' inability to fit us in due to a backlog at his shop
