Cousins Restoration, Inc.Ryan and his team have done a great job for me on both a rental property and personal home. I've used him for full on remodel of an apartment, installation of exterior doors, and most recently a rather specific project of a dog grooming room that came out better than I had hoped. His prices are reasonable, he responds quickly, and he always goes the extra mile. On every job he's done for me he's always put something extra into it out of his own bottom line, just because he feels like it's the right thing to do. He refinished an entire wall with new sheet rock for me, at no extra charge to make it match the new remodeled area. You have to respect a guy who takes pride in his work like that. He was quick to come out at give me estimates, and even made suggestions that made the place look great while saving me money. He and his crew painted a unit and installed click-lock LVP flooring and installed a kitchen backsplash. In addition, they did some other punch-list odds and ends to help get the place rent-ready, free of charge. The crew was professional and worked quickly. Haris met me afterwards to go over the work at which time I paid him. His prices were reasonable and the work was done well. FInally, the best part about working with Haris is his personality. He is a wonderful person to be around and has a love for life that is infectious! I will definitely hire Haris again on future projects.- Judson H.

518 HandymanHaris was outstanding. He communicated well and frequently. The job required patience, as the Lazy Susan he was installing had to be perfectly aligned. The job took a long time, but he stuck it out. Afterwards, Haris helped me move hundreds of pounds of flooring materials that had been delivered for a different home improvement project I had scheduled. Although he had no reason to help me with that, he saw that I was struggling, and he jumped right in. The highest marks possible in the above-and-beyond category.- Casey P.

Fixer Frank's Property Services, LLCFrank did an amazing job replacing the front steps in front of our house. He helped design and replace aging concrete steps with a wood and pergo structure. It is much safer and more appealing; we were and are thrilled with it. Frank also assisted with other changes on the house, including replacement of lights and removal of decorative of columns, that made it look great. Deering Handyman Services, LLCWe had some minor scheduling issues due to weather (impossible to avoid), but Joe was great about letting me know early and setting a new date. Joe arrived on time and quickly got to work - even setting up a paper runner throughout my home to not track any dirt or salt in. Once he started working, he was quickly able to find the spot of water damage, clean the area and secure new pieces of wood keep everything structurally sound - keeping me informed every step of the way and showing me what he found. Joe was fairly priced and very professional - it is evident that he takes pride in his work and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking. 518handycrewFor starters they arrived early, unlike many contractors I've encountered. My wife and I noticed a roof leak at the end of October. Over 2 weeks we had almost 10 roofers and repair companies to our house. Most of which wanted nothing to do with any job that wasn't a full roof replacement, or they quoted a price WELL ABOVE what anyone in their right mind would pay. The Brothers from 518 Handymen came, looked at the roof and noticed that there were a few cracks and holes in the roof that needed to be properly sealed with silicon. They immediately sealed it and were in and out in less than an hour and called back to check a couple days later to verify the leak had ceased. They had also left me with a great quote for a new roof in the spring for my aging roof, but most importantly were WILLING TO DO WHAT NEEDED THEM TO DO AT THE TIME, not just the big job. They're in my phone for a call back when needed.- rich j.

I was very pleased with this company. Jonathan responded quickly and was both very knowledgeable and reassuring. I chose to have trenching done which included removal of the skunk and fencing to prevent reoccurrence. Was very pleased to hear that any animals removed would be relocated if healthy. As it turned out, the skunk had moved on so we did not have to deal with removal. Work was very neat and cleaned up at the end of the day
