"Completely disappointed with the terrible service I received. I called for an inspection for my furnace and the technician left the sequencers unscrewed and the furnace left open when he left. I had to put everything together after he was gone. -He told me I had a refrigerant leak without even checking for leaks. I had to locate the leak myself. -Tried to tell me my furnace wasn't registered for warranty (when it is). -He quoted "around $3000.00" to purchase sequencers and check for a leak. (Sequencers are anywhere from $30-$70 apiece). -Charged me $99 and didn't even provide a receipt or write up for what was done. I called to ask for my receipt and it took 5 days to finally get it. -I brought up several of my complaints to the service manager and he denied them and said his technician disagrees and wouldn't lie to him. -If you are looking for a reputable company to handle your HVAC needs, please look somewhere else."

"I wanted to share a recent experience with a local roofer. Feazel roofing who I had used for years on several job. Feazel replaced our roof ~9 months ago. The roof is already showing mold growth and has ventilation issues. I had no such issues for the previous 9 years in our home with our old roof. Feazel refuses to assist in any resolution, and as a result I have to resolve on my own. I had quotes from a few companies and chose Feazel, and I now regret that choice. I wanted to share my experience so others who might be in search of a roofer could go elsewhere."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
