  I am not happy at all with this company. In the quote they said mowing, weedwacking but they missed weedwacking the entire side of my house even thought I showed them the weeds when they quoted me. Also mowed the lawn and mowed over sticks and branches. I have never had a landscaper not rake up when they were done and remove regular debris. Also went into my yard which is privacy fenced without having someone call or let me know to ensure that the dogs were in the house. If I hadn't heard them the dogs would've got out of the yard. Then because I wasn't happy with the service instead of trying to make this right and work with me he'd rather lose the business. I should of read reviews as I am not the first I see that had an issue with this company. Beware this company is not concerned with customer satisfaction he is only concerned with homeowners agreeing with him and if not he cancels your service. If I could give negative stars I would

  From beginning to end, John was a pleasure to work with. I had a wall removed and throughout the whole process, John was on top of everything. He reached out to me the same day after submitting my inquiry. John made suggestions on my different options for the wall, put together a detailed diagram of the work to be done, and gave me an estimate very quickly. The work turned out great.   I sent an email Wednesday evening, 4/24/19 and Ward Brothers called me Thursday morning 4/25/19 and provided me with a quote. The other company did not answer my email, so I selected Ward Brothers for the job. On Friday, we scheduled the job for the Thursday 5/2/19. They said they would call about an hour before they came. I received a call around 10:30 Thursday morning and they arrived around 12:10. The driver/operator, explained what would be done and went about his job. The job was completed in approximately 1 hour, the driver/operator cleaned up the work place, provided an invoice and I paid on the spot. The yard was left in the condition it was found. I was pleased with the work and would hire them again

  Justin and Chris did a really nice job of taking care of all the work I had requested them to do. They were very careful in not making a mess of my property or the property of my neighbors. They worked well past dark in order to get the tasks done in a timely manner. They were both true gentlemen in the way they conducted themselves while interacting with my wife and I. We plan to bring them back in the Spring to rework some areas of our yard that have been neglected
