THE HOUSE DOCTOR

Martin and his crew showed up exactly when he said. They climbed onto the roof which is 35 ft off the ground.  They removed damaged and loose bricks.  They then cleaned up the area where the old bricks were and replaced them. Martin then put on a new cap on the back of the chimney and told me that he needed to let the mortar set before putting the front part of the cap on. They returned 2 days later and finished the job.















House Doctors was the 2nd of 3 estimates I got and was $500 cheaper than the first, but not the cheapest!  Martin and his men did an EXCELLENT job!  I HIGHLY  recommend House Doctors to do any type of repair needed!

I had a huge tree limb fall onto my house from the high winds Sunday night damaging my roof. I called Martin around 10am and he said he would be there around 1pm.  He got to my house at 1:10.  This is unheard of!  I have called other contractors to do a job for me and they would take a day or two before responding to a call.
Martin inspected my roof to make sure all damage was repaired.  He climbed his 40 foot  ladder, which he need almost every foot, and sawed the limb with a hand saw!  I want to say that again: He sawed the limb with a HAND SAW!!  The limb was 20 ft long and 3 ft in cir  He threw the limbs down to the ground and I hauled them to the street. I volunteered to help since he was by himself and it was starting to snow. After removing the limb, he inspected the roof  and repaired the shingles that had been torn.  I HIGHLY recommend House Doctors to do any type of repair! Martin is an honest man and won't take advantage of any situation, which he very well could have!  This is the second time I have used House Doctors.

He is a con artist. He took my check and did not finish his job.

They did a good job outside and in. Very friendly all contractors. On the expensive side but did good.

Since provider came out on Monday 6-10, I had fully expected to have some kind of response six days later. As of Saturday, 6-15, I have heard nothing. I will not use this provider again.

Their painter was excellent. They did great work and all, but I thought their work was pricey. They did want to do my cabinets. I usually don't show another person someone else's estimate, but I did and he said if he couldn't make more profit than that that he wouldn't won't the job. Their pricing was very poor because they started out good to get your business and raised it and went up as they went along. I also thought I was getting a better quality than what I got for my windows and they kept me waiting forever before they started. They came back trying to guarantee that I will give them a good review and basically asking what could they do to make me very happy, but I will not have them back again.

I liked the guys who came over; they were courteous and came up with a couple of solutions; one was expensive and one was more economical. It was a little expensive.

They did a really good job and no complaints.

I've used them since 2005. He is very thorough. I haven't had any problems with bugs or anything. Their prices are reasonable.

THEY DID A PERFECT JOB AT INSTALLING THE FLOORS. THE ROOMS LOOK EXCELLENT. THEY DID IT MY WAY, EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO. THEY DID IT QUICKLY WHICH I LIKED BECAUSE THEY CHARGED BY THE HOUR.
