"Mike and his crew performed painting of our full interior for our home outside of Riverton, this year we hired him to stain our cabin and paint the metal on our shop. They performed professionally and and did an excellent job with no problems, no errors! They fixed the runs and bad texture on our interior left by the previous "painters." We liked that Mike's crew wasn't inexperienced like we dealt with last time. Plus he was the only painter that answered the phone when we were calling for quotes. Carpet lasts between five and 15 years. However, your carpet's life span will depend on several factors, such as its type, cushion, and the amount of foot traffic it receives. After 10 years, most carpet will show some signs of wear and tear, which might include fading, wrinkling, and loss of texture.

Dry rot or severe water damage may warrant a replacement, but you don’t always need to replace damaged subflooring. If your subfloor has warped because it was installed incorrectly, you can sometimes shim the panels (in other words, add a thin, wedge-shaped piece of wood to level the surface). If your subfloor bows upward, you may be able to sand it down at the joist so it’s level, depending on the extent of the damage.
