A majority of my projects involve owners or property management who can not readily visit the property being worked on. To keep people informed and involved. I use the internet to send send proposals, invoices, receive payments, upload CAD drawings and upload progress pictures via email or to a secure website. If there are any questions, concerns or comments about any phase of the project, I try to make it easy to communicate and document my customer's needs.
