We have four kids and this not being done for so much longer adds a lot of stress with how our cupboard situation changed when the wall was removed. Then a guy came to do the plumbing and install all of the appliances. So the kitchen was fully usable again in two weeks from starting the project. They still had to come back to finish some things that took a while because they had to wait on the parts. The customer service was pretty poor. The communication between the workers and project manager was bad. She never fully understood what still needed to be done. And then it was hard to get in touch with project manager to explain the things that needed to be done. I had to get our account flagged to show that there was an issue to finally get her to contact me again. Although it only took two weeks to have the kitchen usable again. The project took 5 months for them to finally finish all the final touches and things."
