SWi, LLC offers the finest in gate automation, access controls, fence installation, sprinkler installation, landscape installation and minor concrete flatwork. In the summer SWi typically has 12-15 employees and 4-5 crews to ensure the best customer service experience from prompt estimates to on-time installations. Almost all work is self performed so that we can better control the schedule and quality. Typically we collect a deposit at contract acceptance and the remainder at completion. Payment can be made with credit cards but an additional fee will be charged. Cash and checks are always free.

Landscaping services include water features ( waterfalls, fountains, streams and ponds) brick, block and stone patios, walkway, retaining walls and seat walls. General contracting includes additions, remodeling and repair, including drywall and painting.
