On April 26, 2023, I signed a proposal from Full Contact Concrete LLC to replace my front stamped concrete walkway and back patio with stamped concrete for $18,300.00. I paid a deposit of $9,150.00 on May 13, 2023, by personal check. Brandon Johnson cashed my check on June 23, 2023. After numerous text messages, phone calls, and emails to Brandon asking when he was going to start the project he removed the back patio stamped concrete on June 21, 2024. On July 3, 2024, he installed rebar and framing on the back patio. On July 30, 2024, I asked Brandon to call me so we could discuss completing the project by August 15 or refunding my deposit less $1000 for work already preformed (back patio concrete removal and rebar install). He replied he would call me when he got a chance. I called and sent a text on Aug. 8, 2024 asking Brandon to call me that day. As of August 9, 2024, Brandon has not contacted me. I have sent a certified letter to Brandon requesting $8150.00 by August 15, 2024. I would like $8150.00 refunded.

Brandon took half down ($1800) for my project and disappeared with my money. He won’t respond to any type of contract I try to initiate with him. I’ve been trying since last October to get him to start the job I paid him for and all he does is avoid me

Had to stay on them to get any progress and 3 months later still not complete and the work is less than acceptable, the stamps in the concrete are very poorly done only about 5 out of 25 are done correctly the rest range from 30 % stamp to 5% stamp. And the " three color dye" is one color So all in all NOT GOOD WORK !!

Full Contact Concrete did an amazing job at our home! We had negative drainage issues and got the businesses name from another happy customer. We had several bids on the job and Full Contact came in the cheapest with the best references. Brandon came to the house and took a lot of time bidding out the new sidewalk and drainage issues. They completed a HUGE job in one week and ran into some issues along the way, in which Brandon was up front and honest about the solutions without breaking our bank. I feel that Brandon is great at what he does, the final product is phenomenal! He was either at the house working all day or constantly checking up on his guys to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone that is needing concrete work! Brandon even went out of his way to help us lay out gravel in the back yard and lay concrete in a problem area in our privacy fence. FIVE STARS on Service and Quality!!

We had a slow start but from signed estimate to finish was 06/08/12 to 06/21/12. All workers were considerate and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. They left everything as they found it and I'm very pleased with the outcome.
