"The technician (Richard) called well ahead of his scheduled arrival time to make sure we were on the premises and gave an estimated time of arrival. When Richard arrived (and on-time), he politely introduced himself, evaluated what needed to be done and rapidly set-up his equipment to begin the cleaning process.
