I requested an estimate for my yard projects. They came but never gave me a total estimate. At first they said they were working on it. 2 weeks later, they still haven’t provided me with total estimates. They don’t respond to texts or call either. Unreliable and strange

Owen Jones, owner of Jones Empire LLC has assembled a working crew of up to 15 to 20 young
men who gained experience with other large tree service companies. They only needed one
morning to take down a very large oak tree with a tight drop zone.
As we were to learn, all the crew members have other skills besides tree removal. A smaller crew
just finished a landscaping job which covered a mud scape, after the removal of a backyard
deck. It has become a flowerbed. When we sent a photo to the oldest son of the finished job his
return text started with: WOW! He had seen the mess before.
As the saying goes so far so good, so we have one more job for them. The removal of a bathtub
that was put in wrong in 2015. This time the person doing the job will be another young man who
left a national company whose name we all know from TV ads. The current bathtub is unusable
as it stands.

I will recommend Jones Empire every single time to anyone! Owen and his crew went above and beyond for us and were very friendly and understanding! There work was amazing! Our backyard was a jungle and looked like a gloomy mess but now we have a more open and bright back yard for our kids and dog! Thecommunication was great and the service was phenomenal!

Jones empire removed cardboard boxes and trash for us after we moved into our townhouse. They had an excellent response time and they came the next day to pick it up. The staff was very professional and I would recommend them for your junk removal needs!

They are absolutely GREAT! I called them and they were here in just a few hours. They removed the stuff within minutes. The owner was the one who picked it up and was absolutely great! Jones Empire was the best. Their staff kept appointments and submitted their work estimate promptly. They were friendly and responsive to my needs. They cut down my two trees that had been struck by lighting. Amazing to watch. After cutting the trees they cleaned and removed the debris. I would not hesitate to hire them again if the need arose. Great workers!
