When Richard arrived (and on-time), he politely introduced himself, evaluated what needed to be done and rapidly set-up his equipment to begin the cleaning process. We had about 30 yards of carpet, a 10x10 wool area rug that was very soiled/stained and a 3-cushion soft that needed to be cleaned. Richard took the time to do an outstanding job on all three areas.
