"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. "It went very well. While they were not always able to be exactly on time, they were never very late. They cleaned up each evening before leaving so that we didn't have to deal with a lot of mess. They laid the tile is beautifully including in the shower surround. Everything was done to the scale of perfection and they would have used on their own homes. The workers we're very friendly, courteous and respectful. They were willing to take feedback as they worked and incorporated all the changes that I asked for. They were very reliable about picking up materials for the job and letting us know what those costs were. This was another excellent job by Chris Means and By All Means & More.
